I had a groupon voucher for an eyebrow wax. It took a little longer than I expected to get scheduled but once scheduled all was good. Went in for the wax and she shaped my eyebrows nicely and did my lip as well. Then I asked if she had time to do my daughters eyebrows also and she obliged. She was very nice and professional. Look forward to a facial with her in the near future.

Note that Marlene has moved to her own location at 842 Clovis Ave Suite C. Don’t be alarmed by the dated exterior of the building, its very pleasant and clean inside. I was pleased by the quality of my waxing service, Marlene’s flexibility with my requests and by the very affordable price.

Tragically unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this.
I made an appointment over a week ago to redeem my Living Social voucher for a facial. Made the trip to Clovis (a drive for me), and when I showed up at the location clearly specified on the voucher, (LIttle Indulgence Salon and Day Spa) the woman there explained that Marlene had moved to a different location, and gave me a general area where she was currently practicing.
Okay, would have been nice to know, but I called Marlene before driving to the area, still not knowing where exactly I was going. Got her voice mail, left a message. Sat in parking lot and waited. Time for appointment came. Tried to call again. Got voice mail again, left a message. I started receiving texts saying she couldn’t talk because she was with a client. WTF. I sent a text saying that she was supposed to be with me. She responded that she emailed me twice regarding the appointment.
Completely unprofessional to be texting in the first place.
Unacceptable to email time-​sensitive information. I, like most people, am busy. I do not check my email every hour. Very unprofessional. Not how respectable businesses function.
That said, I never did receive an email anyway. Don’t know if she screwed up the address or what.
I had to get a refund for my voucher. I’m disappointed I wasted my time and effort with this. I was really looking forward to a nice facial.
There are an outrageous number of establishments offering spa services in Fresno/​Clovis. Try one of the other ones.

I have came here about 4 times now in the last 6 months. My skin has never looked better. She knows her stuff and now I bring my daughter too.

This was definitely a little mini vacation! The ambiance is cool and relaxing and has a great comfortable feel. She was very nice and did a great job! I left feeling amazing. My skin feels so awesome! I will for sure be going back soon! She’s the best in town no doubt! Very professional and easy to talk to.
