I did not buy jewelry here so I cannot comment on that experience. But I need my bulova watch repaired, the crown and stem had broken so I could not adjust the time. Their original estimate was it would only take 2 weeks, but alas it took over 3, which is why I am only giving them 3 stars. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining to me what needed to be done and how they could help. They even recognized me 3 weeks later when I came to pick my watch up. If I were to buy jewelery here in Clovis I’d go to Evan’s first based on their cheerful and courteous staff.
