PT services were good. my beef is w/​the business office who refuses to work with you, still owe $ but won’t concede it’s their issue. urged me to start PT before my deductible was met, wanted to wait until it was, had a claim into my insurance wanted it to clear before i started but they urged me to get started and they would «work with me». well their claim hit first despite chronological dates w/​insurance company. been trying to correct since february. it’s a mess!
