Me-N-Ed’s

I ordered a pizza at 11:59 pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 12:15 pm. I stood in line for about 5 minutes and overheard the staff talking about how they just discovered their computer system is not taking credit card payments. They advised everyone in line they would only be taking cash. I walked to the gas station and obtained cash in which I was charged an ATM fee of $ 3.00 and an additional $ 3.00 by my bank. I came back to pay for my food even though it was now going to be double the costs with all the fees. I paid at 12:24 pm and asked if my food was ready. Then I found out they never stuck my food in the oven. I was told it was because they were having «computer problems.» I was in the restaurant when the «computer problems» occurred and they only had to do with credit card payment. I felt very insulted! Not coming back here anymore.

What a shit show. 2 hour plus delivery, called canceled, got a credit. Next week, called into use that credit. Pizza never showed. Called after two hours to cancel. An hour after that they tried to deliver.

I don’t know how this place has so many bad reviews, I come here all the time and have never had any complaints. I’m honestly only writing this review because of what I witnessed today while I was waiting for a pickup order to go. When I called to place my order I got quoted 20 — 35 minutes for a waiting time, but I was already driving so I thought I would show up early and just wait. I got taken care of right away even though it was obvious the employees were stressed with so many orders at the time. Almost every time I go there I’m helped by Chua. She is very nice and professional all the time. Because I showed up when I did, she bumped my small pizza order before a large order of pizzas for a party of 50, even though I told her I could wait. But thinking about it it was a logical decision on her part, and I’m thankful for it. I actually got my pizza before my timer went off. I looked up from my phone to see an angry customer going up to the counter to resume a previous confrontation. I don’t know what her problem was, but she was very loud spoken, rude and threatened that they would be sorry. Whatever that means. Chua apologized and told the lady whatever had happened was company policy. It just angers me that customers can be so nasty to employees who work in the restaurant industry. Like they’re so entitled to treat them less than human. Chua handled that situation better than I would have that’s for sure.
Side note: This is really the only pizza I eat so I’ll definitely be coming back.

They can’t tell time. 20 minutes turned into 50. My pizza was done and getting cold while I waited for the stuff they forgot. They’ll never get my money again.
Oh and when I got home the bag the put my food in was wet and the bottom fell out. Yeah my food was all over the ground.

This place continues to disappoint. Because they are so close to my house, I cannot get another location to deliver.
Two weeks ago, I ordered for delivery and ordered ranch with my pizza. The worker on the phone even made a joke with me about it being the best part. Wouldn’t you know it, they forgot the ranch. Because this was not the first, second, or third time they had charged me for ranch and failed to bring it, I called to complain. Right away the male manager said no problem, we’ll replace your order whenever you want…
Tonight I called and asked them to deliver my ‘comp’ meal and get quoted 15 – 45 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called in and was told my order was walking out the door. As I sit here and write my review, it has now been an hour and FOURTY FIVE minutes on a TUESDAY!
I am beyond peeved. And hungry. This place is awful. Go somewhere else.

I just went to this Me N Eds last night 12÷21÷15 and this female kitchen employee, whose name tag said Cassy, was so rude to the other employees. I happen to notice that this girl would walk around unoccupied while her coworkers evidently needed help. My pizza had to be remade because it was burnt underneath. What put a bad taste in my mouth was when I saw that this specific female employee standing in front of the ovens not even looking or checking to see how my pizza was doing. I had to wait 50 minutes for a «to-​go» order (yes, 50 minutes almost a hour for a pizza; absolutely unacceptable) when the register girl said it would be a 20 minute wait. I couldn’t help but notice how much this female employee kept standing around when she knew I was waiting for my order. Not to mention she would occasionally roll her eyes at the other employees whenever they would ask her for help. It rubs me the wrong when I see a lazy employee not tending to my pizza when she knew I had been waiting for awhile. When I got my pizza she didn’t even hand it to me. She placed it on the granite countertop and just walked away. I had to ask another worker if this was my pizza. As a long time customer of Me n Eds, I did not appreciate how this employee did not come to me and specifically hand me my pizza much less call it out with a number. I didn’t receive an apology for the grand wait and the lack communication of when my order was supposed to be ready. This girl has a very lazy, unfriendly, and rude attitude towards customers. I come here all the time and the kitchen and register people are always so genuinely friendly, caring and extremely helpful. Not sure what the manager was thinking when he hired this female employee. Honestly, she gives Me N Eds a bad name.

I don’t know about the previous reviews. But, I had a good experience and my lunch was was delicious. Great job!

Consistently terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another location.

I am not exactly sure why my previous review was removed because it was 100% legitimate, I even posted pics of the burned bottom, bad cutting, wrong pizza and delivered with the toppings all on one side.

This was our first time here and most likely will not return.
(+) Wide variety of pizza, pastas, calzones, sandwiches and more.
(+) They deliver. Good for larger parties.
(-) We had to wipe down our own table before seating ourselves and the location was not busy at all as far as dine in goes. Over all dine in area appeared dirty.
(-) Trash in the restroom was over flowing from the actual trash basket and there was barley any soap to wash my hands. Again, not busy and no excuse for this.
(-) Food was just okay. Not bad, not great.
(-) Service was non existent.
Personally I was expecting a little more as I see several locations all over town and was excited to try it out.

Always order from this location when we are at work and everything is always great but then again our orders are always during the work week so not sure how they are doing on the weekends

Me N Eds Temp/​168 this was absolutely shocking that they would even let us take this pizza home. Absolutely… Terrible!!! Other Me N Eds are good, but this one, the picture tells all. The mgr even told me, «Yea when we’re really busy we turn up the ovens. The tops look good but the bottoms are burnt.» WoW! This place needs some good management. Me N Eds good name is getting a bad wrap.

This me and eds is great during the week but customer service drops dramatically on the weekend. They should hire more people to answer phones and take orders

After years of ordering pizza and wings from this establishment, the company decided to fail to share with clients the change in cooking method of their wings. They are now breaded and fried, rather than seasoned and baked. This is a great disappointment due to severe diet restrictions I have had to battle. Pizza night for my family will have to move on from the staple we’ve known for so long. Let me know when you go back to the good wings!

Delivery is usually fine. Like a lot of other people mentioned, dine in or take out is sketchy because of employee bickering and overall bad attitudes.

This place looks nice all but the shift leader bryanne isn’t nice at all because I wasn’t welcome with a smile at all or «how are you doing» because I came late to buy pizza, where is the customer service here, I can’t believe that the delivery guy was the nice one in these place while the rest of the workers here have a dog face with a stupid look/​attitude towards a paying customer that also donated money for the children foundation. What a disrespectful place this is for customers. Like they said looks can be deceitful!
I think the only thing I like was the music and the place ! !
They just need to know that we are the paying customers and that we pay their pay check so if they are having a bad day, guess what that’s not my problem so do with the smiles and greetings and provide the great customer service that we deserve because if it keeps going like its doing in this place, it will not make it here even if their name is «Me N Edd’s»

Just like several others on here reviewing the Me n Eds on Temperance, I received the wrong pizza and it had hardly any cheese on it as well. In addition, the crust was paper thin. They put me at the front of the line and delivered another pizza within 25 minutes with cheese actually covering each slice but again the crust was maybe 2 cm thick, and, of course, I worry about the «extra» toppings they may have decided to include. I will not be ordering from this location again. I should have heeded the warnings of all the dissatisfied customers who had the same exact problem, but they were the closest to my home and my family is hungry. NEVER AGAIN.

Let me preface with that I LOVE Me n Ed’s, and their Ashlan/​Fowler and Shepherd/​Fowler locations are some of my favorite pizza joints. I was definitely not feeling this one, though. The first thing I noticed I walked up to the register was the employees bickering with each other. This poor girl was getting chewed out by my cashier (Megan I think) for putting too much toppings on a pizza.
No doubt that they’re topping nazis, because when I finally got my pizza (extra cheese/​pepperoni) there was a SAD amount of cheese. Like, if I haven’t been to other Me n Ed’s locations I would think there was a cheese famine or something, but this was pathetic. Keep fighting the good fight, new girl, because Megan (or the management) has no idea what she’s doing in terms of making a good pizza. I’ve talked to some friends who used to frequent this location, and apparently this is a pretty common occurrence.
I won’t be coming back here again, and you shouldn’t come either unless you want to see angry white girls fight over how little cheese they can put on a pizza and get away with it.

During softball season, soccer season, really any season the banquet room will be filled with kids having their pizza/​awards party here.
The fireplace is a nice cozy touch, but there is always a crap load of people dining in here. I suggest take out, any pizza, with a side (s) of their ranch.
