Been going to this place for 2 years and will continue my business with them. Nice and friendly staff. Dr Nishio was more than friendly and down to Earth. Besides the glasses being a little bit pricey, I would pay a little more to get the attention and care that was given.

The Doctors that work in this office are excellent but the support staff and the lab they use have made me look for anther place to visit for eye care. I had issues with 3 pairs of glasses a pair had magnetic clip on frames that come from the glasses vendor. The vender called for straight lens but my prescription called for curved instead of telling me that at the time I had bring the glasses on 3 different occasions for repair and finally just bought a new pair at 30% off. The lens in the next set of glasses started to pop out, brought them in and had to wait a couple of weeks for the lab to fix, 5 months later the fixed frames have the same issue again. Finally I bought a pair of sports glasses and the temples fall off on a regular basis, after wasting too much time trying to get those fixed I decided just to live with the issue. On my last visit while I was waiting for the repair I waned to look around at there selection for anther pair of sports glasses with fixed temples and a lady, older of Asian decent told me I could not look around with out someone present and then I asked I waited in the lobby even though I was looking for something specific and did not need her help.
That was the final nudge for me and will now look for a new Optometrist.

Wonderful folks work here. Dr. Nishio is exceptional.
