Omni Property Management Corporation

I have got to be honest this is one of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with I am currently a resident at one of their locations and currently theproperty is under foreclosure and the property owner is Omni property management. I’ve done some investigating and they have not paid the mortgage on this location for a couple of years and they like to charge miscellaneous fees that don’t make any sense. This property management company is poorly ran and very disorganized I have documented everything from poor living conditions — and being mistreated by the staff of omni property management… Roof leaks never was fixed, water damage never fixed, starting to mold never fixed, cockroach infestation never fixed, grounds poorly maintained health hazard… I can go on…
The owner blocked my car in and started to interrogate me about an event that had nothing to do with me… I definitely felt disrespected and attacked.
So if you’re thinking of renting from Omni property management just reconsider I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We used this company for a few years. When ever we had a question, I had to wait a couple of days until they got back to me. If it was a Thursday, you would not get an answer until following Monday. I don’t know how many times I asked for a monthly statement be sent to me.
Finally gave up! Our rent check was lost at least three times. Whenever I had a new renter, they always told them the wrong rent amount. This is after we had talked together about it!
I finally switched to a new company and what a difference, like day and night.
