I’ve been here several times and the service is most always slow. Customer service is great but it seams as if this is the only Panda that I go to that will have one serving food and one at the register. Doesn’t matter if busy or not. I often eat Panda so I’ll eat at several other locations throughout the central valley and the other Panda Restaurants will have at least two on the line serving food and one at the register. I was in line a moment ago thinking about this lack of manpower and the lady in front of me left due to frustration. I guess it is more important for the owner/manager to save a buck or two by not manning the restaurant with proper personnel than to make a buck or two by customers buying food and returning due to promptness. Also, a few weeks ago, this same restaurant opened on time but half the food wasn’t even on the line prepared and ready for service. Again, I can only assume lack of personnel working the restaurant.

Be careful when ordering on line and picking food up after it is already portioned out. The broccoli beef was all undercooked broccoli and maybe 3 pieces of beef. The walnut shrimp was small also, not early the portions you get when you are watching them serve you. Very disappointed. Wish they had pan friend noodles instead of the chow mein which is a lot of cabbage and other stuff with the noodles. On the good side, the orange chicken and walnut shrimp are by far the tastiest entrees. That will be my go to food next time without the rice or noodles. I also will order when I get there and forget this online stuff.

I like this place because it is clean and the girls are friendly. However, last time when I order orange chicken and Shanghai beef, the manager gave me the smallest portion ever. What a rip off

Quite frankly a trip to Panda Express shouldn’t be on any ones to do list. I had the mis fortune of making this mistake. From a quick glance at the bins of food they have available you quickly see this store have the average morbid American in mind. They cater to number one, obesity. Orange chicken with bacon. Gobs of fried rice and oil laced noodles. You make the decision to go with a good meal, vegetables and chicken and their out. Telling you when you assume they’d have it available that it will be 10 minutes of sitting around waiting for them to do their job. They use the classic morbid buy off at the register. Can we offer you a free soda and a trash bag full of candy to be okay with our worthlessness? I told them no. I don’t want their buy off I want them to do their jobs. But alas I digress. Horrible experience.

my normal order at panda is usually double orange chicken, and mandarin chicken. Now they no longer have the mandarin chicken they now have the«grilled» chicken, i tried it when they first got it awhile back, and wasn’t too good, it was dry and somehow still pink? i’ve done my fair share of cooking professionally to know that raw chicken = a very bad thing! so right away i told them and they look at me and say oh its supposed to be that color…? DAFUQ!?! really? um okay well i would like not to get sick so please take that shit out and next time a paying customer warns you of such event. please listen to them, or else you’ll have a much bigger problem, than a customer complaining. anywho back to my visit last night. Elsie and I happen to be in the area so we went in to Quiznos to give it a shot(see my review on them after) we ended up on having panda. so i we order the girl was real nice, helpful kind, we turn around to find a seat, theres a few others sitting but i notice, they have patio set so we sit out there enjoy our meal nice and quiet, start eating and elsie tells me her rice and noodles are dry, so i try mine and same dry and they almost have a smoky burnt taste to them not far as my chicken it was ok normaly its too chrunchy and over fried but this time it was nice and tender a little dry, but okay for me, also tried the BEIJINGBEEF for the first, time, and omg lol it was really good the beef was tender and juicy, the bell pepers and oninons were nice and crispy and the flavor was robust. not bad for a first time try. all in all our«experience“was okay, not the best for Panda but hey its panda lol.

It’s a Panda Express! It’s fast food, and something that satisfies your hunger when your in a pinch for lunch and have to get somewhere fast. I always get the noodles, with Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. It’s always good when I get it, but I wish it was hot when I got it. I seem to always arrive with the portions are at the lowest part, therefore 4 stars for me. But not to say it’s not a great place. It’s very clean, and the staff is very helpful. I always come back, and will do so in the future.

Great service! Sometimes Panda is hit or miss. When I came today, it seemed I had missed. Almost all of there dishes were out or old. I ordered anyway and needed to wait for potstickers. They gave me a free small drink while I waited and a double order of the potstickers. I appreciated their mindfulness of the customer. Definitely recommend! If you have to wait, a patient and kind attitude will be rewarded with free stuff!
