BEWARE! This company is so enept! Never received an appointment call to setup a visit. Had to call them! Waited all day today for technician to call before showing up. Called them back to find out status of arrival. Was told they would not be there today at all! You mean to tell me I sat here all day for nothing??? At least I should have gotten a call to tell me! VERY FRUSTRATED!

This is by far the WORST business ever for their field! Nobody knows what they are doing and they are rude as hell!
In March of 2012, they came out to my house to install a brand new a/​c unit on the roof. As to be expected, I figured that it would take all day. What I didn’t expect is how mean and snappy and weird the two technicians were. It was a young tall guy and his uncle. The uncle took off to go God knows where to get parts or something and the nephew was left in our house to cut into the ceiling and install two new vents (we live in an older house with mostly floor vents).
In order to go to the attic, you must go through the closet in my parents’ bedroom. Hours later, I was appalled to see asbestos insulation and dust ALL OVER their clothes and. everywhere!!! Even with towels laying over them!
The next day it happened AGAIN but in the living room ALL over our TV and floor and also in the hallway! No warning for towels there! He had the cheapest ShopVac you can buy and after «trying to clean it» their was debris still everywhere & the kid told us to «just vacuum it up». He proceeded to get in my dads face and they began to argue. We were all livid.
Ps: a couple months later, we opened up the water heater closet and up to the cieling it was LITERALLY filled with insulation. 3 giant trash bags and 2 face masks later it was cleaned. THANKS IDIOTS, I’ll just «clean it up myself»!

One of their techs came out to check out system in November and he was very nice. A few months later I made an appointment because the system was making a loud noise when it was running. When the tech called me to confirm that someone was home, we could not reach my mom. I had to r/​s the appointment. They sent another tech out and he was very rude (nice guy’s uncle). Gave me a $ 16,220 quote for a new system. Our system works fine, so we decided to have them fix the blower wheel for a reasonable fee. On the morning of the appointment, I called the office before 8 am and cancelled the appointment because the system was working great and quiet. The nice tech called me and told me that the system was quiet because the blower wheel was ready to go out. I got scared and asked to keep the appointment. The tech said he would call me back later that day to r/​s. He did not call me. The next day I called their office and the rude tech called me and scolded me for cancelling. I told him that I would be happy to have the tech come out and fix the blower wheel. He told me the nice tech was off that day. When I called the office to r/​s, they told me the nice tech was working. I am over these guys — scare tactics and ridiculous quotes. BTW they own a second company in Fresno called Air Tech.
