I really can’t complain, it’s a good joint (especially being a «chain restaurant»). Their meat has been consistently good/​moist each time that I’ve been to a Rib Crib and this franchise isn’t any different. My only personal thing is that I wish they had another or more options for «spicier» BBQ sauce, their «hot» is still real sweet, but I understand that’s a personal thing. I enjoy most of their sides. Their beer has always been cold.

Great BBQ stop! Folks are small town friendly and the food is great. Feels like a Wing Stop for ribs, which is good. I did the Pit Masters choice which has a little of all of their smoked meat. The baked beans were sweet and tangy way better than most. I loved seeing both the classic and Carolina sauces.
Small town BBQ 5 stars.

Noise levels pretty high.
Waitress was kinda flaky.

I am some what a rib specialist. I had the all you can eat St. Louis ribs which was the waitresses recommendation. The ribs were OK, no flavor. I was hoping for a little smoke flavor but they are just oven cooked and the sauces were very citrusy. Definitely not their best menu item.

We had dinner here on Father’s Day. The ambiance of the restaurant is what I’d expect for a barbeque restaurant — cowboy/​country — but the restaurant is neat and clean.
The food was really good. Two of the party split a Father’s Day special with ribs, brisket and two sides. They said the ribs were excellent. Two of the party had the Pig sandwich which is brisket, pulled pork and sausage. The flavor was really good, and I love when I can get barbeque sausage. They have three kinds of sauces, but I only tried the hot. It was nice and spicy with a good kick.
We had good service although I never did get a tea refill. I would definitely go back here and check it out again!

Tried All-​You-​Can-​Eat St. Louis Style Baby Ribs. So delicious and juicy. …meat come off the bone easily. Great Service. .they kept on bringing more drinks and meats. Ask me if I going back? Of course, I will! Lovely surrounding inside the restaurant.

My husband went to dinner with a friend I asked him to bring me home something and when he opens the box I thought he brought home his left overs. There was hardly anything and it didn’t look good. There was no sauce for the ribs so they didn’t taste that great. The potato was what got this 3 stars if not it would have one. We have been here two years and this was the first and last time for rib crib.

I used to come here every Tuesday for their all you can eat when I lived in Portales during college. They were amazing then. Now the ribs were mostly fat, everything we were served was cold and just bland. Waitress was nice, but I have become disappointed in the quality of food.

The food is sooo bland. I’ve been here a few times hoping that each previous time it was just a bad day, but alas no. They rely entirely on the sauce to give it any kind of flavor. I will not go back, I learned my lesson. If you’re wanting BBQ try Fat Boys instead.

Hubs really likes the brisket sandwich and I like the super spud… so good. Everyone is super friendly. Definitely give this place a try.

We made a quick stop with friends since we heard at the hotel it was a great place. I have to agree with the hotel recommendations.
We were greeted by the manager and shortly after drinks and food started to arrive. They have great customer service and the food was phenomenal. The atmosphere was adequate and the place was very clean.
I ordered the three meet combo; briskest, ribs and more briskest. The bake beans and coleslaw were phenomenal. Again, nice job by Victoria. I’ll be back!

Honestly I am a new member to Unilocal and have visited this particular Rib Crib in the end of August 2013… since I had a great experience here assuming things haven’t changed, this restaurant gives great food at great service.
