Roy moved to Clovis in 2010 from Corona, near Riverside.
Roy grew up in the Bronx, NY and graduated from Duke University in 1953.
He appraised my rural property and had absolutely NO idea what he was doing. His appraisal was riddled with errors and prevented me from qualifying for my loan.
Roy needs to retire to a life of pulling the wings off of flies or some other joyful activity.
Don’t accept him as an appraiser that you will end up paying for. He will kill your deal.
