Sos Florist

This is the only REAL post office option out in our area, so many people use it for its convenience, however, the older lady that owns it (I believe) has to be the RUDEST woman (with no class or filter) that I have ever encountered. I WILL not be swayed by convenience any longer. No thank you!

Last year, my husband ordered a specific red roses & purple tulips bouquet from
. It was unfortunately «fulfilled» by SOS. The arrangement looked pitifully nothing like the photo. As sparse as the bouquet was, there were more leaves than anything else and there were no purple tulips, only red. This year, my husband ordered another specific red roses & purple tulips bouquet in a purple vase from Flowers By Fiore, paying extra for direct shipping, only to discover later that it was unfortunately, yet again fulfilled by SOS. I was home all day, discovering the bouquet in the evening. They hadn’t even bothered to ring the doorbell. The bouquet was even more pitiful than the year before. Same massive amount of green leaves, 6 red roses & 6 red tulips, no purple. Also, instead of the specifically paid for purple vase, there was a white vase with purple dye in the water! My husband and I will no longer use these online websites to purchase flowers. We will only do business with reputable local florists & we can guarantee they will never be with SOS Florist.

Don’t use this florist. I live in the country. However, all the mailboxes on our street are Clearly marked. When I came home from work there were flowers on top of my mailbox, which is at the street. Not sure how long they were sitting in the sun, wilting away… they were not mine. The name on the envelope. I looked up in the white pages to see it was someone on my street. Again as I said we live in the country, we are spread out so I don’t know everyone’s name. So I drove down the street to see her address CLEARLY marked. No one appeared to be home so I just left them there for her BIRTHDAY. In the shade I may add. Really people. what moron did not just drive a bit farther… I found her address in about 2seconds online… hello, most people have Internet on their phones… or call your place of employment… and ask.

I really want to give them more stars! I really want them to be friendly when I go in! I really would love for them to be welcoming! I really want to give them my money. They are family run business. I so want to support them. But every time I walk in they stare at me blankly from the back room, as though they are not happy that I am there. It is one of the most uncomfortable feelings. I go in to use the USPS depot that they have, because it’s more convenient than the post office. And, hey, I buy gifts, I have mothers who love flowers, but I just cant bring myself to buy them from this florist because of how poorly they treat me whenever I go in. It’s just really unfortunate.
