Stansell’s just made my night and dinner. We planned on making phở but needed some extra thinly sliced beef. Stansell’s came through when I needed it most. They do custom slicing and the workers are very friendly and helpful. To top it off, they sell cheese by the block. So while not necessary for tonight’s meal, my wife and I grabbed some pepper jack just because the world could always use more cheese.
So glad they opened this week. I will sure be returning.
