Customer service was great BUT buyer beware! I came in to upgrade my phone and the rep told me the only way I could get upgrade price is if I purchased and accessory package that cost me $ 115 per phone ! She said no other way so I purchase it only to find out next day from Verizon that I did NOT have to purchase accessories to get upgrade price! I went back to return all the accessories she was not there but manager took care of it … Did not even apologize or explain why she lied to me! I will never go there again! Only gave 1 star cuz it won’t let me post unless I give a star but they should have none for trying to rip me off !

One of my best experiences with Verizon! Staff is super friendly and is very helpful when it comes to choosing plans and phones. I was in and out in less than 30mins. By far the best Verizon store in the area!

Amazing customer service and Eric was especially efficient by taking the time to answer all my questions. How I feel when I leave a business really effects my choice to be a long time customer and this Verizon was different than the others! Will be visiting the store more often! Better than waiting on a customer service phone line!

This store has been my best customer service experience yet out of any Verizon in the area. Very helpful, attentive and proactive at making sure you leave with what you want and the best deal at the same time. They also did any leg work that, from my experience, most other stores won’t do so that you leave completely set up with ur new phone. Will be my go-​to Verizon store from now on.
