Customer Service: ok, depending on who is working. One woman is kind and even knows your number by your face – excellent. The other is rude and on her phone while talking to customers.
Shirt laundry/​dry cleaning: women’s shirts cannot be laundered (as per usual). However, they come back wrinkled. I often have to re-​press the collars and sleeves. Men’s shirts and slacks are returned ripped and with broken buttons. This establishment has ruined three shirts and a pair of slacks, all in one visit.
I would have stopped using 1.49 sooner, but they are literally the only game in town. I decided to purchase a good iron and save myself the hassle of replacing items 1.49 cleaners destroyed.
