Hartz Chicken Buffet

Some of the food is alright, the fried chicken is pretty decent, but the wings are pretty pathetic. They’re tiny so there’s literally about as much bone as there is meat and they’ve never been particularly warm (but always soggy!) when I’ve been there.
The rolls are nothing special, fried rice is about average, but the part that annoys me the most is that they charge .50 to .75 cents for refills which is obnoxious, especially since they’re the ones who fill it for you and you can’t control how much ice goes into the drink really.
It’s not the worst place I’ve ever eaten, and there have been some times where it’s pretty good but overall it’s very underwhelming and average at best. Welcome to Brazoria County!
