Called Town & Country Service department in Clyde, Ohio to schedule an appointment for warranty work for my Jayco Motorhome since they were the closest Jayco dealer to my current location. Service man told me he could not find me in his system. I told him I did not purchase the Motorhome from them. He then gave me an appointment 2 months from that date. I told him I was leaving the area in 2 months. He again said that was the soonest. I told him that I guess I would have to call the next closest dealer much further away and his said find. I apologized for wasting his time. I called that other Jayco dealer and they got me in in less than 2 weeks. You be the Judge.
