Taco Bell

I had 25 minutes to get food on my break and I was at the drive thur for a long long time! After 25 minutes I paid and I was sitting at the window for 5 minutes then I realized I could’t wait any longer because I couldn’t be late so I left after paying, left without food because of the service. I’m just really upset at the service I had today. Won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell location.

I love Taco Bell! I hate this Taco Bell! most taco bells are the same for the most part. Mild, hot, fire, tacos, burritos, quesadillas… wait wait… go back. This place has no mild sauce! Instead she says wait I have some sauce and proceeds to give me Mexican pizza sauce! This is not an equal substitute. Not even close. Those sauces come in boxes of 10,000! And your out? Heads must fly! Who does the purchasing, better yet what if they ran out of «meat»? She would be looking for a new job. But no!, mild sauce is perfectly ok to run out of. If you are driving around and craving fourth meal, go six minutes further to the TA truck stop Taco Bell, even a truck stop Taco Bell it better than this place. –mic dropped–

I have written a previous review of the great customer service I had received. Unfortunately, I have encountered one of the worst experiences ever. Main reason 3 packets of hot sauce for a taco 12 pack. What ticked me off was when I went back to ask for more the girl said she was not allowed to give me more. I explained I have at least in the past received 2 packets per taco and it has never been an issue before. This girl was acting as if it was coming out of her pay check. Honestly I would have paid up to 5 $ for more hot sauce. My tacos do not taste the same with out it. Any who, he fact that she argued with me and not listened to a word I said is very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied this. She stated the supervisor stepped out and would return in 30 minutes. I am enraged. Never have I been treated in this way at any restaurant or fast food drive thru. Get it together Taco Bell. You will be losing more customers with this kind of attitude and atmosphere.

This Taco Bell SUCKS. They’re consistently rude, lazy and incompetent. My order always has something wrong with it. 9 out of 10 times I order something supreme, I get charged for supreme but receive regular. The wait times for dine in are crazy. There’s no reason to be waiting 10 – 15 minutes, it’s not fresh, just assemble it already. Part of the reason is they’re always training someone new who in return is always making mistakes and slowing things down. But hey, who wants to work at taco smell all their life.

Great staff good variety for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Plenty of parking and a drive up if you are in a hurry!

Your usual Taco Bell. I come here often because I live nearby, and I have yet to have a bad experience. #1 Choice for fast food in this area in my opinion!
