Horrible service, food is usually cold, if not completely wrong & your always asked to pull forward into a small area (designed only for tiny compact cars not larger vehicles) & wait for the food, always!

Flies everywhere. The trash hole by the soda fountain smells like rotting food. Fries came out of oil that tasted like it hadn’t been changed in days.

Coal City, IL
Must of had a management change at some point. Few years ago it was one of the worst McD’s I have ever been to. Now I’d say they are just a typical McD’s. Food it fair and chances of a correct order maybe 75%.
