This store likes to do absolutely ANYTHING to get every dime that they can. I’m eight months pregnant and I am now stuck with a phone to pay off on the Edge plan that I specifically asked not to be on. Not only did I, but also my boyfriend and his mother state that the Edge plan was not an option for us. Lindsay at the store promised that we would not be placed on it. She stated that she could get me an iPhone 6 at a low rate because the store owned one. She even had Tyler at the Morris Verizon store drive to the Coal City location to give me the phone! So, I was told that I would get a phone owned by the store for a discount and would stay on the More Everything plan. Well, these liars placed me on the Edge plan and now I’m stuck making monthly payments on an $ 800 phone. Saying that I’m disappointed is a serious understatement. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. If you’re smart, you won’t either.
