I walked in without an appointment and Rosio and Sharon friendly greeted me. Rosio was my main tax preparer but since I was the only customer at the time, both Rosio and Sharon helped me out with my taxes. Even better, they were both knowledgeable in the area that they maximized my tax refund and I received almost all of my withheld taxes back. I was very fortunate for the time that I came in because I received the best help and got my entire tax refund back. Thank you Rosio and Sharon!
