Have all ready bought a dozen pizzas here! Eat Local YLPers! Try the burgers, they awesome as are the fresh cut fries! Nice folks and they now carry those delicious Mexican Ice cream pops! Too many flavors to post, as my favorite is Nuez, which means Walnut! Super yummy!

Great pizza! Decently priced. My nephews never want pizza from anywhere else! I really enjoy their breakfast burritos. Nicely sized for the price. All their burgers are made with local top quality Harris Ranch beef. That is a very nice touch. Wish they were open longer, but wonderful to have them in YLP!

Picked up a pizza to eat while we watched the Emmy’s. Selected the three topping with pepperoni, green pepper and onion. Enjoyed the pizza very much and love the crust which is brushed with a nice oil for flavor. As always dinner was much better than the Emmy’s. We find Jalapeño’s to be very pleasant on the phone and in person and they help us out to our car when help is needed.

Jalapenos, you dang ol’ miracle makers! Delivering delicious food right to our door in YLP. Who knew such urban convenience could come to our little park? I was almost sure I HATED this place until just a couple months ago. The first and main reason for my ultimately misplaced hatred is their struggle fries. They make their french fries from fresh potatoes and they are FLOPPY and SOGGY. Those are qualities I don’t mind in a man, but for fries – it’s a huge deal breaker They used to ALWAYS be out of onion rings when I was in the mood for a burger, too. The second reason is the price… Yikes. I’m poor YLP trash and I usually drag my food home from Fresno, but I do understand stuff costs more here and to have a hot, fresh pizza to my door is almost worth the very high cost. It’s definitely a special occasion/exhausted after a busy day/too hungover to move kinda thing, though. All the food I’ve tried besides the fries has been awesome. The burgers are big and juicy. The pizza is of a really good quality and tastes great all the way to the crust. The wings are off the chain; we love the lemon pepper! Jalapenos quick delivery service and great food won me over in the end!

I’m from LA so I’ve had some pretty amazing pizza and although a good pizza place out here is hard to find, I believe it’s the customer service at this specific pizza place that makes the pizza taste so good. I’m new to the area so I wasn’t aware both Mama Lollys and Jalepenos close at 9, so when I called Mamas at 8:50 I was told the kitchen was closed and everything was turned off, yet when I called Jalepenos around 8:57 the cashier informed me they close at 9 but I just made it and could still order for pickup! That’s how you know it’s a good business. I use to work in the hospitality industry and we all want to go home early if we close but the thing is if your sign says your open till 9, then that means you should be taking orders until 9. Thanks Jalepenos for being so outstanding. That’s customer service.

This place is a GREAT addition to YLP! My first experience was having a medium combination pizza delivered to my house. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! I think it took roughly 30 minutes and it was delivered hot to my door. I couldn’t eat all of it, so I had the privilege of having cold pizza for breakfast and it was still delicious! That being said, my favorite item is definitely the chile verde. It is by far the BEST chile verde I’ve ever had. Pardon any racist overtones, but I am what you call an honorary Mexican. I’ve eaten Mexican food since I was a kid raised in a predominantly Mexican neighborhood and 90% of my friends were Mexican. I’ve had awful Mexican food, but also authentic, wonderful Mexican food. Jalapeño’s chile verde falls into the wonderful category. My one and only complaint is that they just don’t give me enough to fill my round belly, but then they’d probably go broke if they did I suppose. I encourage everyone to try it at least once. Their prices are a bit on the higher side, but isn’t everything in this area? In my opinion, their food is worth the price. Lastly, the breakfast burrito is enough for two people. I’ve shared one a couple times and it makes for a filling and satisfying breakfast. Thank you, Jalapenos! I wish you a long and successful run in YLP!

The only thing worse than their food is their customer service. They have some of the rudest employees I have ever met and when they make crappy food and you try to get it fixed they give you such a hard time. I have given them four separate chances several months apart hoping they can get their act together but they still don’t have it. The last time I was there the guy even tried to keep my money and not give me my pizza. I can’t even believe this place is open I guess everyone is just desperate because there are no other options in YLP at that time of night.

Had a large pizza for pickup. The pizza was kept very hot and they have upgraded there register to an I pad. I thought it was pretty cool. The burgers that another table had when j walked by looked very good too and the fries seems to be just right.

Food is bad and overpriced. They use frozen Sysco pizza crusts and calling some of their food«Mexican» is an insult. Do yourself a favor, eat at Mama Loly’s for pizza and drive to Fresno for Mexican.

Ok so my review is based on our experience at Jalepeno’s since they have opened. I’ll be honest, the first few times we went it was a horrible experience! We had a few Mexican items and ordered a pizza once. On a scale of 1 – 10 the food was maybe a 3 or 4, the service was shitty, the employees had no idea what they were doing and overall we actually said we would never return. We literally asked for a side of jalepenos and they said they didn’t have any! But… after a few months, we wanted quick breakfast one morning so we ended up there. Weary the entire time you can imagine how pleasantly surprised we were when the food was amazing! The Chile Verde and chorizo was sooooooo good! It was a great experience. So since then, we have been back a bunch of times, like at least 10. Every time the food is great, I would rate it at least an 8 every time. The cheese pizza is really good! And affordable, a large cheese is roughly $ 11.50 out the door, can’t beat it. We’ve had the asada fries, quesadillas, tostada salad bowls, and not to mention their happy hour beer! ONLY $ 1FROM12 – 4EVERYDAY! Its a chill, convenient place to sit outside and enjoy some grub. You do have to be choosy with your items if you want to keep it affordable but it’s yummy and the service has also improved immensely! For the area we live in, I’d say Jalepenos deserves 5 stars.

I gave it two vs zero stars because it’s the only place open at dinner time in YLP. They’re also pretty tasty. That being said… I have NEVER gotten out in under 15 minutes, and I’m a semi regular. I have on at least two occasions seen a staff of 3 where one person is making food, and two people are standing by the register. Talking. For 15 minutes while I sit in the lobby wondering how hard it could be for one of the unoccupied employees to put cheese on fries with guacamole and sour cream piled on the side(which is delicious though, omg)

I’m going to write my review based on two separate occasions. First: My dad ordered a taco salad to go for my mom. When he got home(3 doors down), the taco salad was limp. There was barely any filling in the shell. A few days later, my dad saw the owner outside He mentioned the incident to the owner and his response was«Don’t tell me, I’m just the owner.» That should have been our second clue that this restaurant sucks, but my mom and I tried it again. Second: Like I said above, my mom and I tried this place again. We went in one day for lunch, each ordered a tostada with ground beef. It had no flavor and it was something I could have made at home, but better and $ 7!!! I walked back to the counter to ask for JALAPENOS because I needed some sort of flavor. I was told«we are talking about having those.» WHAT!!! Am I mistaken or is this place called JALAPENOS? Hello get some JALAPENOS!!! Sadly, I won’t be back despite how close the restaurant is to my house.

I am very happy to have a pizza place so close… I think it is really good. We have tried the pizza and the hamburgers and fries, everything we have tried has been fresh and delicious! I hope you will try it for yourself instead of letting others negative reviews discourage you. I really hope they stay around. Also I think its pretty cool they are offering a groupon.

YLP residents, this is a warning about the new restaurant Jalapenos Fresh Mex and Pizzeria in Yosemite Lakes Park. A few days ago, a Groupon came out for Jalapenos for $ 40.00 worth of food for $ 20.00. My wife purchased one, ordered a pizza from Jalapenos and went in to pay for with the $ 40.00 Groupon. The cost of the pizza was $ 19.62 and my wife used the Groupon asking the employee how to use the remaining $ 20.38. One of the owners, Jason, informed my wife she would have to get the $ 20.38 from Groupon. My wife left Jalapenos, came home and informed me of what had happened. I felt this did not sound right so I called Jason. Jason informed me he was not sure what exactly to do, but informed me he call Groupon to find out and no matter what, he would«make it right.» A short time later, I called Jason back to find out what he had found out. Jason informed me Groupon was closed and to call him back tomorrow. I called Jason back the following day and he informed me Groupon had told him once the Groupon is used, it cannot be used again Jason informed me the fine print on the Groupon stated this, although I cannot find it. I asked Jason if he would still honor his word and«make it right». Jason took down my phone number informing me he would talk to the other owner and call me back, although he never did. The following day I called Jason again asking if he had spoken to the other owner. Jason informed me he did, but stated it would be a violation of his Groupon contract to do anything for me. I asked him if there was anything he was willing to do to keep me as a customer or honor his word when he said he would«make it right.» Jason informed me he would not, so I informed him I would no longer patronize his restaurant and urge my friends to do the same. I hate to do this since their food is very good and the service has been great up to this point, however, their dishonorable business practice outweighs this.
