boohoo… it is a whole different restaurant now, no awesome Japanese sushi rolls. Very Very sad! Now it is hate to say this but it is not very authentic Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese entrees now.

Never very good sushi or service but when your Jones’ing for sushi at the casino it’s the only game in town… try to avoid the gaijin josei waitress as she way more effort then you wanna deal with.

Don’t let the good smell fool you. The sushi is grocery store quality at good sushi prices, and the fried rice has canned peas and carrots. It looks and tastes like the fried rice a drunk starving college kid who has no clue would make out of desperation. The pork is just shy of being actual jerky with the Chinese broccoli buried beneath being the best part. The white rice is unremarkable but that’s fairly typical. The two stars are for friendly prompt service and that’s it. Would not eat here again.

How can I make this review as terrible as possible? Hate to come off as a nice person here. We met up here for a friends b-day party so I didn’t want to overstuff myself but that doesn’t mean that I don’t want my money worth. So we ordered a sushi roll(not too sure what it was) and also duck bun appetizer to share. The sushi was skimpy in size and the stuffing was all veggies no fish at all, really? The duck bun as u see in the photo I posted, was average size bun with 2 pieces of toast duck, I can’t recall the price exactly, I think like $ 8 which is pricey. So to make my point more understandable, it’s in a casino, usually the prices are high I get that but also the portion are usually a lot more generous. The taste was seriously lacking and portion was poor. So go ahead and try for yourself, if ur fine with them spitting on ur face and apologize(service was nice) then wipe it off for u with their shoe. Oh yeah, they also have $ 14 bowl of phở, need I say more?

They had closed down and are now re-opened with a new menu. This was once a favorite spot to eat at least once a week. They changed the menu and no longer offer the same options as before the closure. The food that we ordered was luke warm at best. The phở had no flavor just beef broth, instead of regular phở noodles they were extra wide and soaked up all the broth. It was served in a smaller bowl. They also raised the price by $ 5 make the«phở bo» $ 14.95 for rice noodles in beef broth. Wish they would bring back some old favorites like Pan Roast and Sushi. Yes Sushi they didn’t have anything more to offer than a California roll. Until they drop prices, which is unlikely I won’t be back. To many better and affordable options 15 additional minutes further down the road.

So we went out last night for my best friends birthday and had dinner at noodle bar. Boy did they step Up the service! Very attentive and allowed us to customize orders. Delicious food. 1. Lettuce wraps were good although not as good as pf Chang or dai bai dang. 2. Spicy dragon was great as always 3. Red dragon/spicy was phenomenal! (Pic below) Thanks for a great experience!

This place was the worse!!! I had put my name in to reserve a table for three people. The host told me it would be an hour and half wait, so I put my name on the list. I came back 45 minutes later to check in. The host said he had already called my name, so now I have to wait. He put my name on the bottom of the list. At this point, I had waited for about an hour and half. This was the worse experience ever!!!

Very slow service – appears to be understaffed. Ordered food family style, which we had to dish out onto very small plates. Small portions. Wine served in cocktail glass. Food tasted old – like left-overs. Air filled with cigarette smoke. Everything is overpriced. Won’t eat here again.

HORRIBLE sushi! It was beyond dry, and did not taste a thing like real sushi! The Phở soup was good, but not the best. Our server was very nice, and had a good sense of humor.

Their sushi rolls are surprisingly delicious. The portions are huge, the fish is fresh and the sushi is well-made. I usually don’t trust sushi from a place that serves food from a few different Asian cuisines(because usually the variety of the menu forces the restaurant to compromise on quality), but their sushi was great. They also have a lot of other Chinese dishes as well as Vietnamese phở.

I would give them 5 stars but they were out of soft shell fish that night. Which was one of the ingredients on the sushi roll I wanted. But otherwise the sushi rolls I ordered were great. They totally hit the spot without overfilling us. We had the Chukchansi roll and the Double Dragon roll. With pot stickers as an appetizer. Yummy. The only advice I would give them is they should expand there restaurant to have more seating. The night we went we waited 15 Min’s or so for a seat. But we were told if were a group of 4 or more it could take up to an hour. No bueno, when you have your mind set on something. If were ever in Yosemite any time soon we’ll be sure to stop and have sushi and get our gamble on.

Stayed at the casino for three nights and hit this place twice(was not open on one night). I was not steered wrong on this one. They take no reservation and each visit they said it would be an hour wait. Received the pager and we walked to the bar at the other restaurant and got a beer. Both times within 15 minutes the pager went off. Not sure what that was about. Anyway the place is good. Tempura prawns were cooked to perfection and light, not greasy. Also had the Mongolian beef and some sushi, both really good. All complemented with the selection of Asian beers.

I didn’t go in thinking it was going to be excellent… so I can’t say that I’m entirely surprised that Noodle Bar wasn’t great, but still the other reviewers RAVED so I gave it a try. The name of the restaurant includes the word«Noodle» so I was hoping that there would be different kinds of noodles on the menu, but in fact there were exactly 2-ish kinds: phở(chicken or beef) and chow mein. hmm… well, I was feeling rather dehydrated SO I tried the wonton soup(. The wontons were dry inside(not even sure how that was accomplished), but the wrappers were silky. The soup was thick(think shark fin soup thick) and out of place. Sigh. My co-worker had the miso soup, it looked regulation(and hard to mess up, I mean, really?). The rest of the menu was strange– a small selection of Chinese-y stir fries, specialty sushi rolls, and cocktails. I tried the Dragon Roll($ 11) which featured tempura shrimp, avocado and unagi; all cooked since I didn’t want to risk food poisoning on a business trip. Anyhow, the roll it self was pretty, portion huge and tasted right, BUT it was COLD. =(I’m not sure if it got cold or arrived cold, but if this arrived hot or even room temp, I might have even given a third star… Dessert: there were 2 selections something fried(maybe ice cream?) and a green tea ice cream served w an almond cookie. Since I love green tea ice cream AND almond cookie, that’s what I ordered. Hmm, well, it arrived w 1.7 scoops, no almond cookie(instead some cone wafer triangles) and strawberry syrup all over the place. The strawberry syrup was so overwhelming to the delicate green tea flavor that I couldn’t taste any green tea. Well, the server was nice and remembered us from the night before(when we were at the buffet)…

Everytime I come here I only get sushi and some appetizers. The service here is good except when its super busy so expect a long wait. Everything tastes fresh here and the portion is huge. You definitely get what you pay for here. I really recommend the chuckchansi, sashimi combo plate(grandma chef makes it look nice by putting the sashimi in a big clam for presentation looks), and also I believe it was the spicy dragon roll. The phở is okay and also the wonton soup was kind of disappointing.

Fresh, they Cook it right in front if you! All sushi rolls are delicious but red dragon is my favorite. The asian chicken salad is excellent as well as the orange chicken with chow mein instead if rice! Prices are great. Try it you will go back

Yea I already know. 5 stars really?! Where’s the picture, prove it. LOL the proofs in my face or at least in my belly. I started with some sashimi ahi which was presented in a giant clam shell?! with thinly sliced veggies. The quality of the ahi was definitely sushi worthy. Next I started sampling from everyone else’s plates which were all gigantic portions. Their sushi rolls were also huge and very tasty. Some places serve tempura shrimp here they served giant golden tempura PRAWNS, loved them. After dining and already closing out the bill I noticed that they served some deep fried tempura ice cream. LOL I was already filled to my maximum but hadn’t gotten dessert, I’ll save with for the next time. My 2nd and 3rd times their most all the same had to have those tempura prawns Also tried the remaining sushi rolls I didn’t try the previous time. Each time I got the Chukchansi roll they were arranged differently. They also had other roll resembling a fish swimming with the head, tail and fins. It’s a Chinese slash Japanese kind of place. All of their sushi dishes and all of Thor Chinese dishes. All good the food were all very delicious.

The sushi rolls were HUGE, but the rice, chow mein and mongolian beef was the same as in the buffet. When I pay extra to eat in a casino restaurant I expect better quality in all that I order. It was very delicious though and I had left overs. Next time I may just try one of the other places though.

Good place within the casino that has fairly decent food and pricing. Enjoyed the Chuckchansi Roll. Shared experience with great friends for our pre wedding girls night out. Even though service was a lil slow… the waitress recognized our brides and brought a strawberry cheesecake tempura… it was too die for! That was really unexpected but totally awesome. Would definitely recommend this place amongst any of the restaurants in the casino!
