Our go to pizza stop! The best pizza in town! Haven’t really tired anything else from there but I’m sure it’s all just as good!

I’ve been going here since we moved into the area. The food is really good. The owners and staff are super friendly. I’m really picky and precise and they always accommodate.

One of the worst Sicilian pizzas I have ever had. Dough was very old and tasted stale. No rise in the dough and was very small for a «large» Sicilian. The cardboard it was served in was just about as appetizing. Will not be returning.

Ordered a cheese pizza from here and it was ready quickly. Pretty good. I’m definitely going to try other items on the menu.

While I do love this place, I’m basing this review off my take out order tonight. Food is usually very good here but tonight they struck out. I asked for«extra well done» wings. Got home and they were barely even cooked let alone extra well done. I actually had to put them in my oven to finish cooking them. Id rather not have to cook when I pay for take out. My boyfriend got a cheesesteak and the meat was so skimpy. It was just not good. Maybe they have new cooks?

I eat here at least once a week. Love the friendly staff and good food. Great cheesesteaks. Gyros are good. Crab bisque is awesome. My son loves the hot wings. Our favorite take out spot but we eat in sometimes too. I highly recommend it.

These guys are good people with great food. The owner always takes care of me and whoever I’m with whether we sit down to eat or take out. Definitely a cool local spot to grab some food.

Good food. Agree with Unilocalers on this one. Problem is i go there many times and order the same thing but the prices are different each time. They dont even want to give receipts. Beware.

Jack’s has the best all around menu in the area, and possibly the best Stromboli I’ve ever had. I crave the boli, as well as the Loaded Fries. Good god, the Loaded Fries are amazing. More so, I have never not seen Jack’s incredibly busy. They seem to know everyone by first name, and the owner is a great guy as well. I need to have the pizza again, as I don’t remember the first time, but I don’t know how I could ever go and not get the Stromboli. Jack’s is just an incredible place to visit if you’re in the area; or passing through. Again…Ham & Cheese boli over all.

Super clean! My favorite here is the BBQ dinner plate — juicy, perfect portion, I mean it has my name all over It. Also tried the Stromboli. Best to call ahead to avoid the wait of fresh food coming from the grill.

I have to agree with fellow Unilocaler Troy D. that this is hands down the best pizza in Chester County. I would even go a step further by saying that this is in the top 3 pizzas I have ever eaten. The only reason I do not frequent this fine establishment more often is because of how far away it is. For living in Downingtown, Coco’s will need to fill the void(close second, but Jack’s takes the crown). Every time I get a craving for not just good pizza, but great pizza, I suck it up and take the 20 minute trip. Is it worth it you ask? Two words: Damn right. If you think you have tried the best pizza around and live within 30 minutes of Jack’s but haven’t tried their pizza, give it a try and you will see why Jack’s reigns supreme.

Since moving nearby, we’ve had the privilege of visiting Jack’s on a half dozen occasions. What a delight. As many have noted, the focus is pizza and the quality is exceptional. The taco pizza is a particular favorite — so much so that I am at risk of ordering it at every visit. But there’s much more to recommend this establishment. The service is exceptional. Exactly what you want at a diner: cordial, personal, brisk and in every respect quite pleasant. The menu is vastly more varied than pizza. In fact it’s voluminous, with fare ranging from Stromboli to chicken to ribs to veal. Truly something for everyone. Physically the place is rather small, but the layout is open and airy and appears more spacious than it is. And I find it to be remarkably clean. I have not made a visit when I have not witnessed the place in the process of being cleaned. Windows being washed. Interior trim being painstakingly hand scrubbed. Exterior trim being repainted. Hospitals should be so spotless. There’s even a dispenser for antibacterial gel near the napkin dispenser. Negatives? I have only one. The ATM machine dispenses cash $ 20 at a time. And that’s it, just $ 20. But it’s a small price to pay for a delightful diner experience.

This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. To be honest, their regular plain pizza is just average. But their specialty pizza like stuffed buffalo chicken, and the BBQ chicken, and the nacho pizza are all OUTOFTHISWORLD. And the people who run the shop are super nice. DEFINITELY recommended.

Amazing Find. We discovered this place during a soccer tournament nearby and were stunned. I tend to have low expectations for any new place and still firmly believe there’s no pizza better than that which I grew up with in Staten Island and nearby Brooklyn. That said, I was happily caught off-guard by the specialty pies they had out both in terms of presentation and taste. I had a slice of cheese steak pizza which was incredible and a slice of stuffed buffalo chicken pizza which was equally amazing. Others raved about the soups and the cheese fries in a bowl made from baked pizza dough. What a little gem this place is.

Masters degree in pizza… If you were to own a restaurant would you stick to the same suppliers regardless of cost, or would you change suppliers from time to time in search of a cheaper deal to make your product more profitable? In a world where most businesses are looking to cut corners to improve profitability, Jack’s pizza just simply does it’s thing and is far and away the best pizza in the area. Jack’s pizza has been open now for over 15 years and they use the same ingredients they used when they open their doors. They make an amazing product, and they charge more for it than anybody in the area. As much as this review may seem like a love ballad for Jack’s pizza, please know that I have tried to fire them a number of times over the years! We have tried other pizza shops, but find ourselves always coming back to Jack’s. When comparing prices to other pizza shops in the area, Jack’s is a $ 1.50-$ 3.00 more per pie. They don’t deliver. Their location isn’t exactly around the corner(from my house). I drive past four of their competitors on the way to pick up food from their store. Is the pizza really that good? In a word, yes. But that’s not the only thing that keeps us going back. In addition to amazing pizza Jack’s pizza does other food equally well(like cheesesteaks, salads, and buffalo wings). Their commitment to customer service is incredible. They know their customers. I have actually witnessed this in picking up food. These people actually greet their customers by name and are always thrilled to see you. This kind of service is increasingly rare in any business, much less the high volume pizza business. We order from Jack’s pizza probably once every week. As such, I’m not writing about one particular visit or another. My experience has been virtually the same every time. These guys are far and away the best pizza joint in Chester County!

This place is freggin’ amazing! Their food is fresh and delicious! The staff is very friendly and they also offer a buy 10 get 1 free pizza. When we moved closer to Jack’s, they became our main pizza place we’ve suggested to others. Their pizza ovens are set perfectly! When you ask for a crispy crust pizza, the dough is crispy throughout. Unlike some places that crisp the crust, while the pizza falls apart. Sandwiches and fries are OK. We reserve Jack’s for pizzas only and go elsewhere for hoagies.

My mom lives in Coatesville and this is where we typically go for take-out if she doesn’t feel like making a good home cooked meal for her kids. I appreciate that they are a family owned and operated business. Service is friendly and meals are reasonably priced. I’m a fan of their wings, subs, and cheesesteaks. It’s a great place to go when you want to indulge in some greasy deli food.
