Camping World of Eugene

Been to a few Camping Worlds and this one stands above her rest. In addition to an amazing selection of everything you need (and don’t need!), their service and attitude is top notch.
We had a jack motor failure while traveling. After trying 3 different places in Salem and being laughed at for asking if we could fit in, we headed south.
Camping World got us in at 8AM the next morning. It was already 230pm so we were happy. We swung by the store at 3pm just to shop and they installed a new Husky on the spot by not dropping the trailer and leaving here on our TV. We were on the road by 4– our trip saved.
Russell, thanks a million! Camping World, take note of what’s going on there and model it.

Very helpful parts and service, friendly service and information for another dealer to take care of problem with old kph satellite which CW doesn’t service. However they did have the water heater love valve that we needed. Good parking for RVers and a nice store.

Stopped in to get advise on an issue I was having with my converter. Small green light was blinking instead of being on solid green. I also lost battery power from my two 27 cell batteries. The temporary Service Manager was very polite but admitted he was in-​charge of the body shop and that the manager in-​charge of the mechanical section was off work. He came out and admitted that he did not have the knowledge to explain why the light was blinking. He went back into the shop area where a technician told him that the blnking light was and indicator that the convertor was charging my batteries. I call Keystone directly when I got home who stated that the binking green light indicated that the convertor was not operating properly. The light has nothing to do with indicating if the convertor is charging my battery. Wish the actual technition who said this had came out to look at my rig. Will admit, they were backed up and very busy but it appears the technition did not have knowledge of what the Service Manager had explained to him.

Perhaps the best service we’ve received at a Camping World. knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Lots of spacious parking, unlike many CW locations.
We sure found lots of goodies that we «needed». Would stop here again if in the area.

The most amazing customer service we have ever received at any camping world, hands down! It is over an hour away… But would travel there for any reason! They sold us our camper a month ago and have earned our business for a lifetime! From the manager to the service manager, superb service… They treat us like family!

What a great experience we had today. We drove all the way from California to our Oregon house and stopped at this camping world right off the five freeway to buy a specific generator that was expensive and on sale. We had a misunderstanding about how the unit was going to be delivered but Tim Scott was so helpful in clearing the issue up. Tim and the manager went above and beyond tonight to make sure that the generator worked properly. We really appreciate this. Camping worlds everywhere have been such a great experience but Tim Scott and the manager tonight really themselves Thank you so much.

I’m glad we have one in town now. We have gone to the Redding Camping World and I thought the place was camping heaven for RV’ing! We finally went the other day and like the store just fine it’s a CW and they have cool stuff to get for our trailer. It’s just annoying that as soon as you walk in you feel like your being hounded by employee after employee! Like hello didn’t you just hear the first person greet me and ask if I needed help and then not even a half a second later your hounded again like your a fish in a pond being reeled in! Let me walk in and take a look and shop! I like to do that by myself and if I need help I like to ask! Not get hounded by 5 different employees!!! And when you get to check out they do their whole Good Sam member crap! Again I’m in a hurry I am a member let me leave! I realize they are probably told to do so but hey ease up on your customers please! Or I would give you a 5 star!

This is a brand-​new store, in a brand-​new location. They had everything we were looking for. The sales staff and parts department were very good to work with. We got there just before closing and the 2 employees that were left helped us got through the entire store so we could get everything we needed. We din’t get out of there until about 45 minutes after the store closed. Awesome customer service.
My only tip is, as with any other camping world, look online for some of the best pricing. Then print out that page and bring into camping world and they will gladly match.

Previously posted a review that has been erased to better the ratings. It took me over nine weeks to get my trailer back from these guys after being promised over and over. Our insurance company was charged for things they never replaced. Just dishonest. Josh Mustard in service was unable to multi task whatsoever. Unable to return calls or follow through. I would not recommend service at this facility due to the experience I personally had.
