Domino’s Pizza

Today was the worst pizza experience ever.
For starters I ordered 4 cheese pizzas for my daughter’s birthday. The price on the board clearly said the price was $ 11.99. When the man rang up the total, it was over $ 50.00. When I asked about the price difference, he said the price on the board was an old price and was changed months ago, but was never changed on the board. He would not honor the displayed price.
Then I get to the party and look at the pizzas to find further disappointment. The pizzas were nearly paper thin and flimsy and had barely any cheese or sauce. It was like eating pizza flavored thin bread.
I will never be ordering pizza from this place again. I would have gotten better pizza for a way better price from Dominos or Pizza Hut!

It’s 10pm. You are a little drunk. You are a lot starving. Delivery options consist of exactly one restaurant: Domino’s pizza (open till 1am!). According to the website, Carissa gets credit for putting together two amazing pizzas and some parmesan bites. Gary delivered it hot, fresh, and fast right to our door. While bad pizza is still pretty good, this was the kind of pizza experience that makes you consider swearing off all other restaurants. Why bother going anywhere when you can have this amazing food delivered right to your door in the middle of the night???

The woman taking my order didn’t understand the directions to my address which was right next door to dominos and I clearly gave her the business name. So, that was baffling. The chicken parmesan was just OK. There was no flavor. I wish I ordered extra sauce as there wasn’t enough. I was disappointed in my order. The pizza is never very memorable. I always swear I won’t order again & end up doing so for convenience. The pizza is never great and the service isn’t either.

First time order for us !
On line order experience was excellent. Very easy and user friendly.
Pizza was hot great tasting with fresh tasting ingredients that was noticeably better that other brands
Thin crust was perfectly baked and crunchy just the way we wanted it.
Delivery was very nice friendly and quick.
We will be back !

Pizza and bread were great but just like Autin Es review, they forgot the sauces we paid for. But next time we come in we’ll have a credit of what we were charged and did not get. Sounds like a fair deal (WHAT?)

Everytime I eat at Domino’s, I swear to myself it will be the last time. Against my better judgement, I saw they had a 50% off online ordering deal, so I talked myself into giving it another shot. We ordered a Brooklyn style cheese steak specialty pizza and a chicken carbonara «artisan» pizza, which came out to just over $ 13. The cheesesteak pizza was overly salty and the crust was literally like dry cardboard. The balance of toppings was decent, but the taste was an overall disappointment. The artisan pizza was a wet, gooey mess of a concoction, but at least the outer crust had an alright taste. What got me was that while the pizzas were each gross in their own ways, they still lacked any real individuality or distinctness of flavor. I feel bad because I know the employees worked hard to make a decent pizza, they failed because of bland ingredients and blah flavors. Most of the pizza chains disappoint, but sadly none more than Domino’s.

We are very happy with Dominos! I ordered online. It is soo easy! I like the pizza tracker, it’s cool. My order went in the oven at 4:42p and left the store AT 4:52. It was cooked to perfection and nice and hot! Under 30 minutes. I highly recommend it especially if you are in a hurry! Good job Joseph and Gary!

When you call ahead, the expediteness of the service rivals that of Little Caesar’s «Hot and Ready». Perfect for any party or gathering. Cut yourself a slice, pop open a beverage of your choice (or purchase any of the sodas conveniently displayed in the restaurant), flip on the tele, and ENJOY!

Finally broke down and tried after years of seeing the commercials from the Domino’s CEO touting their new ingredients and better tasting pizzas.
Upon calling, was eerily surprised the person answering the phone immediately knew my name. Did I order from here before and not remember? Or does caller ID now delineate «cellular call» to my name? Scary. The service was outstanding and the reason they get the four star rating. they walked me through all the specials and helped me get the best value. Without the great service, the pizza was ok, but had potential to be really good. The missing ingredient was a tastier (or spicier) tomato sauce. If I ha remembered to ask for crushed red pepper, I am certain the pizza alone would have justified four stars.
I know all you pizza snobs will be thoroughly annoyed at the prospects of a four star pizza from Domino’s and I tend to agree. But with great service, great value (two mediums for $ 12) and my chief complaint falling on an inability to remember to ask for a spice, you should at least give them a chance.
