Ordered the Ruben sandwich, it was OK. Was very thin and tastes like packaged deli meat nothing special. The soup we had could have been Poured from a can and totaled about one cup. The draft craft beer was quite pricey and my guiness was flat tasting. We felt the waitresses gave us the bums rush. Maybe they were understaffed.

This place is great! I stumbled upon it after looking for a decent place in town to eat at and this came up with great Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed. Super clean, great décor, awesome food, really friendly service! The bangers and mash just may be the best I’ve had… ever? If you’re in town, go here! You won’t be sorry.

I’ve tried this place three times, it’s like a funeral; dark, depressing and lacking in whiskey.

OK, I was reluctant about this place the first time or two I went in but then someone brought me an order of bangers & mash from them and that all changed. The place can get busy so be prepared to drive around the back side parking lot by Winn-Dixie to park(there’s a back entrance to Nolans there as well). I’ve tried 3 items from the menu and all were delicious(bangers & mash, shepherd’s pie, and a sandwich I sampled). They have frequent bands who, from what I’ve seen so far, play Irish or Irish-fusion music(think popular hits with a twist). The patrons can lean towards the older set at times so I wouldn’t classify this as a trendy hideout. But… the food is awesome, the Irish drinks are on tap and cold, the music is fitting AND the crowd has always been energetic when I’ve decided to do a sit-in vice taking my grub to go.

Chips were Kettle brand potato chips. Flat bread was a matzah cracker with shredded cheddar melted on top. Beef and bacon sandwich was a microwaved warm roll with what seemed like hormel brand roast beef like substance with one slice of bacon. Mac and cheese for the kids was Kraft Mac n Cheese with a slice of American cheese melted on top in a microwave. No liquor. Beer and wine only. With that being said. The waitress/bartender was super cool. The atmosphere was cool. Go here for a beer. Not a meal.

It was crowded Tuesday night because it was trivia night. But they did accommodate us rather quickly. Do not order the corned beef sandwich because it’s really not taken off of a brisket. It comes from some kind of a shaved corned beef meat which was foreign to me. I did have the shepherd’s pie. It was quite good but a little salt and pepper made it even better. I would go back.

What en excellent Irish pub! The music was excellent. Service was great. Food was stellar. We spent hours here, great company, great ambiance, it doesn’t get much better in Cocoa. The unique beer cocktails are all stellar and a wide selection of local craft and national craft beers.

Came here for the first time to hear Derek Warfield and the Young Wolfe Tones. Garry Gormley also played with them. The pub is beautiful, very well laid out, warm and cozy. Pint is drinkable, certainly better than a lot of pubs in Florida. Good selection of bric a brac for sale as well as Irish goods such as Barry’s tea and Taytos. John one of the managers, welcomed us and sat us at the bar as soon as we arrived. Yvonne, his wife and another manager, came down as well and we had a very good conversation with her as she explained the history of the pub. Her other job is designing pubs and you can tell. Super nice and made us feel very welcome. One cool note, they time the lights to Celtic Symphony which really brought a lot to the song. I would definitely recommend this place to any pub connoisseur, my 211th pub.

We went for the live music, specifically to see Brendan Nolan. Sooooo happy. Full disclosure — I love Irish music and classic pubs(comfy and unpretentious) so I went with a good attitude. The menu is simple, straight forward, good prices($ 7 – 10 sandwiches/wraps which come with chips and a pickle). We both had the Reuben and it was really good. When they said it comes with bagged potato chips I was disappointed, but honestly, those were good chips. Irish cream cheesecake for dessert was a pleasant surprise. The house sound was just the right mix and the energy level was pub-tastic. Singing and clapping along with the rest of the bar. There was ample parking and it is located near to the cruise port!

Decent food but limited menu. Very Irish feel inside a strip mall(sounds odd but it’s true). Best of all they have a REAL Irish pub ale Kilkenny!!! Mostly non traditional menu and locale makes it only a three for me.

The music here is always awesome for us boomers, from classic folk to Irish folk Beer is Irish and creamy and yummy and they had a great white wine blend choice. Just wish they would upgrade the menu; would bring in the dinner crowd to stay later for music. Some potato skins, fried pickles, and more heavily stacked sandwiches for starters.

As a suggestion I took some friends from up north. I can’t believe that this place was as empty as it was. This is a hidden gem. True Irish pub, loved the look and feel. Had the bangers and mash, and I thought I’d retuned to the old country. Great portions and the kids meals were on point. Everyone had such an enjoyable time. Hard to believe we’re in Florida with this experience. Beers are cold and great, ordered Black and Tans, Guinness and more. Great selections and wonderful staff. Don’t let this pass you by, stop into a true Irish pub.

Best pint of Guinness outside of Ireland. Cute place getting even better. Great for lunch or dinner. I’ve had bangers and mash today — excellent! Good shepherd’s pie before. Plenty of sandwiches. Changing from older to mixed crowd with younger Johnny Nolan in charge. Johnny is an Irishman who only arrived recently to run this. We love it!

This pub is AWESOME!!! Johnny Nolan was our server and not only is he handsome, he will knock you over with his accent. He made a Frappaccino with Irish Cream on the fly to my daughter happy I had the Swiss and ham– delish! The kids had Shepherds Pie and licked the bowls clean wishing they’d ordered the full size portions. I’ve been to Ireland and this pub is very authentic– tight down to the mismatched Queen Anne’s chairs. As a SUPER picky gal, I can assure you, I’ll be back!
