Livewire Guitars

My fiancé dealt with this horrific business. The talent is absolutely there! But it took over 2 years to get his guitar back. The communication was horrible and his wife is absolutely awful at customer service. She has the worst attitude and was confrontational throughout. All we wanted was the guitar back. We were at the point where we didnt even care if it was put back together.
They had a lot of personal problems throughout and while we can sympathize, there were always excuses as to why it was taking so long. Mike would offer to send pictures but none would ever come. At one point, we had gotten the Attorney General’s office involved just to get a response. We live 1500 miles away, so we couldnt even just go get it.
When we did finally get the guitar back, the neck (which Mike picked out and replaced) had a backbow.
We will never do business with them again… And I suggest to anyone who needs guitar work done, look elsewhere. Yes, Mike is talented, but he isnt the only one capable of doing paint jobs and fretboard inlays. Avoid this shady business at all costs.
