Very nice people but the Tech they sent out didn’t have a clue how to fix my airconditioner. After spending 2 hours having the tech walk him through the process, he claimed it was fixed.
The following day I had call back to have them come back out again and now I’ve got to wait an extra day to get someome out — ridiculous.
Well I’d have to say that today (two days later) a new guy came out with a great attitude and fixed the problem in the rain! On top of that, I didn’t get charged extra either.
