Unfortunate situation. Had an issue that needed immediate attention. They came out 2 hours late, did what we thought was a thorough job, but a week later, the issue had not cleared up. They came back out and treated it differently than the first time, but wasn’t as thorough. After realizing the issue still hadn’t been resolved, we attempted to contact the person who we had been dealing with, but he would not respond or return calls. We were given a guarantee that they would eliminate the problem, however, they avoided us. We ended up finding another exterminator who came out, did a completely different treatment and our issue was resolved. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because you have to in order write a review and because they came back out a second time after the job was not done right the first time. Words of wisdom: You get what you pay for.
