We rented here in December 2013. It started out great, our requests were met, not that we had many, a broken Fridge, a broken window screen when we moved in, and that was it. When we moved out, we used our deposit, with the manager’s permission to pay for the half month we owed. Everything was free and clear. I received a letter today (January 29th, 2016) that we’re in collections for $ 230. They turned their management staff over during the summer and the office wasn’t as nice as previous office was. It took 4 months to get a pool key. Plus rent went up when I was told it wouldn’t. Then we find that apartments are being renovated, our rent goes up but all they offer is a new washer and dryer. Nope, not recommended.

The absolute worst place to live. They have no clue how to run properties. They over charge you for bullshit apartments that are disgusting. They NEVER come and fix the stuff they are supposed to fix. The girls in the office are oblivious to life. No clue what is going on. Stay far far far far away.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in. Ceiling fell through and damaged living room flat screen, Xbox & PlayStation… Although they were very well informed about it, I had to write a letter to corporate; the ceiling was fixed 3 weeks later. Was infested with roaches after a different ceiling leak a few months later, they were informed about it but told me that it couldn’t be fixed because they would have to do work on the entire ceiling. Their solution: put caulk on the ceiling while the roaches were running around. Didn’t even send any type of pest control in (even after I insisted that they did). Had to break my lease to get the hell out of there. If you choose to move there, don’t say you weren’t warned.
