I’ve taken things to simply be altered (let out a hem) and I’ve had garments totally redesigned to fit my needs and body shaped. The quick turnaround is a plus and pricing is reasonable.

Been coming here for a long time now and I can tell you it’s very well organized, my items always arrive on time !

What a terrible experience. I went in for the first time and thought I had conveyed my wishes. I came back to pick up and nothing was honored and they dry cleaned a cotton shirt. When I addressed it, I was told sorry and the manager was out of town! Save your hard earned money!!!

This woman acted like she was doing me a favor. She didn’t say anything rude she just had the look like she was totally pissed off and hated her job. I’ll get my dry cleaning done and go thank god it was a short order. And I’ll never come back.

As a business owner I’m giving them 2 stars because I know how hard it is to recover from a 1. Since I moved to coconut creek I have used this cleaners due to its convenient location. But I must say it is the worst cleaners I have used in 35 years of life. More expensive than any other ones around time and it’s in a middle class are like coco it creek. it’s 2015 and they don’t even do next day service. I dropped my. clothes off on Saturday am and came back on Wed and they gave me a fourth of what I left. They have on two separate other occasions been late with suits I needed for events causing me to have to dress down for the occasion. Anyone looking to open a cleaners in this are could take all their business by simply offering good customer service and quicker turn around time… I never take time to review businesses but this place is sooo inconvenient. … I would be glad to help as a consultant to improve this business.

Worst service I’ve received in my life. The owner Renata, takes no ownership of her customers issues, they lost a few of my items, had issues with the plant, and took an extra 4 days to get the rest of my items. No one is taking care of this, I paid over $ 130.00 for them to deliver late, loose my items, and give me the run around for a week and a half. Please go elsewhere! There are plenty of dry cleaners around, DO NOT choose them!
