Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is the rudest establishment that I have ever patronized. I rushed here from Coral Springs and University Drive and when the employee wearing glasses saw me walk up to the door, she shut the door and locked it in my face. When I knocked on the door to ask her if she had what I needed, the two girls laughed at me from the inside. Wow, so unprofessional and rude, with that attitude it looks like they will always be serving donuts. Good luck to them and keep them fresh because this maybe a lifetime career for them…

I’ve never come here early enough to get «fresh» donuts… But. Their coffee is on point! Quick and delicious! ALSO! 99 Cent any size SWEET TEA!!!

I’m not sure the names of the two girls that were working there today, but they both barely knew what they were doing and they were rude. One Blonde one brunette. They were yelling across the store asking questions. After I completed my order I gave the girl money and I said thank you and she completely ignored me… maybe because the change was $ 0.03 and she is to me that I wasn’t going to tip her… I’m not sure. No pleases and no thank yous whatsoever. My coffee was a completely different story. I get coffee at Dunkin Donuts almost every day and it is always pretty much the same, very sweet. The copy that this girl may have barely anything in it it was not sweet at all. I stopped there patiently and waited for her to ask me what was wrong. After about literally 5 minutes she came over and just stared at me not even asking if anything was wrong. It was just ridiculous everything about this store

Dunkin Donuts is my «go to» for breakfast every morning. This location is by far my favorite. I have many to choose from near my home and close to my office but this location has its act together. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Yes they will occasionally make a mistake but they are quick to make it right. When it comes to customer service they have a great team and an amazing woman, Latoy, who makes me smile every morning. I’ve never worked a drive thru but I imagine it is a tough task and to do it day after day and still have a smile on your face each morning like Latoy does. Keep up the good work!

Fast service, good coffee, inside seating and a drive thru. It’s nearby and people appreciate donuts!

This place is LUCKY that I even gave them 2 stars! This is the worst DD I have ever been to, and that’s saying a lot coming from NY!
Every time I get a late, it’s LUKE WARM! Not hot, and I specify I like mine HOT! EVERYTIME! They just don’t get it. SO, when I do come, it’s ONLY because of Latoya! She is hands down amazing! Gives the best customer sevice, and she is my only reason why I still hit this DD. SO, that place should give that girl a raise, and pat on the back because she is the reason I come back!

Best Dunkin Donuts around! The employees are wonderful and the service is always great :) I adore Chas and Dave! Both are always sweet and welcoming! This is my go-​to coffee spot. Always seem to get a spot right up front and the lines always go quickly. Coffee is always on point and so is the breakfast items. Enjoy!

This place is always busy in the mornings. I have never encountered a problem with their customer service. Their sandwiches are great for a quick run.

Employees here’s suck… They were real «enthused» to be working. Very rude and slow at working. Do not recommend for customer service satisfaction.

Been here a handful of times after my last review on this particular location and I can’t give them a poor rating. They do try. This location is great in the evenings, no lines and the staff is very helpful. But I refuse to go in the mornings. No way.

Three strikes and you’re out. I used to be a regular at this location until my alarm clock snooze became a better friend. I don’t remember having any issues then or I wouldn’t keep going back, right? Well, of late I have returned three times (today being the last) and I have to say, I have been consistently disappointed. I told myself today, if it is not up to par this will be the last time. I always like to start with the positive; the coffee is always good. It is always the right creamer to sugar ratio, perfect temperature and mixed well. Considering this is what I typically go to Dunkin Donuts for that’s half a pass. The food on the other hand leaves something to be desired (or not.) My go-​to orders are either a bagel with cream cheese or a corn muffin; I like to keep things healthy in the morning. My first of the most recent visits I had a bagel with light cream cheese. I say this because if not, they glob pounds of cream cheese and you can’t even see your bagel. I was left with a bagel and not even a knife spread each of cream cheese; careful what you wish for. Oh and I should mention that because of the half toast job, the bagel was pretty rubbery as well. Lesson learned, don’t use the word lightly for your order no matter what. On visit two I switched to a corn muffin. I can’t really complain about a muffin, but it was just ok. Then today, you guessed it, back to a bagel, but a different flavor, toasted (not lightly) and I let them go to town on the cream cheese and figured I’d just take off the excess; better to have too much than not enough. It is still quite rubbery, overloaded on cream cheese as expected and just ok. From this I’ve learned, at least at this location, come for the coffee, stay for the coffee. Got it.

Nice, modern DD that always serves consistent coffee. Definitely ask for liquid sugar if you usually get your coffee sweetened because when they mix in the regular sugar, they do so after pouring the coffee into the ice which results in stubborn bottom-​cup sugar.

It’s just a Dunkin Donuts, buts it the one nearest to me with a DRIVE THRU! Which makes it five stars because my dog, Jax, can accompany me on my coffee runs!
Aside from that, it’s a Dunkin like any other. The coffee is consistent, the line moves quickly and the order is usually correct. Business as usual. But… if you ask nicely toward the end of the day, they’ll usually hook it up with a handful of free munchkins! Nice!

This DD is cleaner and better kept than others I have seen.

One of the better locations in the coral springs/​coconut creek area. Only downfall is that they are not a 24 hr location.

Friendly staff and after a few times they remember what you ordered. Of course only if you become a regular.
