Sweet guy, but after we attempted to pickup (we called before) our two repaired boots ($ 100 later) there was no one here and mind you this is 20 min out of the way for us. Then he said the one pair he couldn’t fix right away and they would be ready 3 more days later. My boyfriend went back when that day came and he said they wouldn’t be ready til Wednesday. I picked them up a week later and the new sole was cracked and when I asked I was assured they were fine. My boyfriend finally went back to demand he fix them and finally got them back 2weeks. I love to support small business but the service, quality and attitude was atrocious. We should have been reimbursed for our time and gas.

I stopped by for an estimate for a new zipper on a pair of leather boots. He wanted $ 35.00 after the one in Coral Springs told me $ 25. Ten dollars is a big difference and a turn off. I won’t go back again!

Jack is good, however, Peppi was rude and unprofessional. I went there for alternations and she was never ready. Had to come back several times because Peppi would not have the clothing ready when she said she would. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time or money.

This guy is great. Friendly, honest, and great work. We drive from Weston to have him repair our kid’s horseback riding boots. I called on Sunday and he happened to answer the phone. He waited for us to bring the boots and then even repaired them on the spot so we didn’t have to come back.

Fast and friendly!
I popped in here to get 2 pairs of shoes re-heeled. In less than 5 minutes, I had 2 new heels and for only $ 16!
They only take cash though.
