A wise woman once said to me, «Never be afraid to express your creativity.» Speaking to someone who relies on his creativity not just to guide his sense of fashion, but to fuel investment decisions and to steward the financial success of others, she made an impression. And, no, her name wasn’t Hülya. But when it comes to fashion, it’s through Hülya’s talents and abilities that I often express my creativity. Whether it’s removing the loops on a pair of pants that fit so perfectly that they’re deemed too good for a belt, adding buttons on the inside to facilitate suspenders, or creating a taper so that they complement my latest pair of tapered leather shoes, I know that each request will be regarded with seriousness and carried out with professionalism.
I am of the belief that one should shop often, design outfits patiently and over time, and avoid making last-​minute purchases that’ll end up being worn once and donated to charity by December 31 of the same year. Moda Tailor is usually the first stop I make when I get done shopping. In fact, Hülya’s probably popped more tags on my clothes in the last six years, than I have.
I’ve been a client of Moda Tailor for over six years, and during that time, Hülya has altered for me countless garments including dress pants– and shirts, sport coats, ski jackets, and even a paintball harness – yes, I said «paintball harness». Because if I intend to wear it, it’s gonna fit me the way I want it to.

Hulya saved the day! I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and realized there was a snag in my dress. I had a full day of work and more events at night so I really didn’t have time to leave it somewhere. She told me to come in as soon as I called and she fixed my dress on the spot and you can’t even tell where the ripped section is. Definitely saved my weekend and I was in and out!

very overpriced! I would highly recommend going to a more reasonable tailor in town!

Stay away from this place. They ruined 8 very expensive shirts. Not fixable, will have to donate them to charity.
