Top of the line classes and top of the line trainers. Their cardio classes are exceptional. Jeanine knows her stuff and is a sweetheart.

Lets see … Where do we start — — - Online you can sign up, and the process is smooth and integrated to a follow up and scheduling system that keeps it very simple and satisfying to join. Your class can be booked online, and they send your reminders. The payment was secure and fast, and very user friendly.
Once you arrive you are greeted by a warm, inviting and very intelligent staff. The teachers are focused, and very empathetic to your individual progress and needs.
The space is ample, comforting and very peaceful.
In a nutshell, you walk away feeling much more relaxed and in peace.
Ms. Bergman has encompassed a very rare skill set and streamlined the process where you and everyone else leaves there with a a sense of individualized attention, and simultaneously harmonized by your peers in the class.
My hats off, and I am very grateful I found this gem. I highly recommend it.

Overall an excellent choice for a «reasonable» Pilates studio. All of the instructors are very personable and engaging. In terms of hands on supervision there could be more attention to correcting and assisting students. You realize the difference once you take a class with Jeannine or Tara.
The classes fill up and that is aggravating at prime time in the morning. It would be great if they offered more classes or got more space.
If you are a beginner I would suggest Sanctuary 7 and Nicole. It is expensive but totally worth it.

I currently live in LA but I fly to Miami frequently. A friend turned me on to Pilates One. I’ve only been here a few times and only gone to Jeannine’s classes but she is amazing! I can imagine all the other instructors must be as well. I felt completely safe and worked hard. Cannot recommend this studio more!

Over the course of at least 15 years I have taken Pilates at at least 5 studios. I have never, ever found anything as amazing as Pilates One. Sometimes in class I find myself thinking how lucky I am to have found it. Each instructor is outstanding. It is indescribable. And Jeannine, the owner, was taught & received her certification from one of Joseph Pilates’ student. Jeannine is a second generation Master Trainer. That is a rare find. Overall excellent!

The owner jeanine trains heat players so you know she’s the best. She also trains my wife and I can see the change in her body! Thanks jeanine!
