Having lived in Miami for a year now I thought it was time to start providing some feedback on my experiences. I am a member of the Club there and the Sports Club LA at the Four Seasons… in short, the changing rooms were dirty, towels all over the place, the massages (3 in total to date) have been ‘bla’ at best and the staff (except for 1 – 2) do not understand the concept of customer service on check-​in and check-​out. Every time I have gone someone is at reception on their cell phone. This place is not a destination… it a convenience.

Having been to Baleen before and experienced the beauty of this resort, I always imagined Spa Terre to be absolutely amazing.
I recently made appointments for my mom and I and unfortunately I have to say, it was the worse spa experience I’ve had. Ever.
I would not recommend it on any level.
