Getting just the right can be a challenge when you have a real mop on your head. I have tried a number of salons around the area, but Clean Cut must be the best I have had yet! It may be nice if they would allow appointments, but they have such an efficient operation that doesn’t seem to be a problem.

Absolutely an amazing job and excellent customer service!!! I’ve been in the service for over a decade so get a haircut every two weeks. This was one of the best haircuts I’ve received! Great job guys

Just got a haircut from here today and it was awesome! Cool atmosphere and great service. Only $ 17 for a wash and a great haircut, and you can even shave a dollar off if you make the toy basketball into the basket.

Great spot for a great haircut. I was looking for a barber shop while visiting CDA and found this gem. Great atmosphere and a great haircut at a great price. Thanks Eric. Wish there was a shop like yours in LA.

Awesome place to get a cut. Simple, clean, reasonable priced. Definitely recommended if you are in the CDA area and need a haircut.

I’ve been going to Clean Cuts since they were in their old store by Appleway, and have never considered going someplace else since trying them out years ago. I sincerely look forward to coming in to the shop and hearing how everyone is doing and what has happened in the last month. My haircuts have always turned out good, despite having to be placed on a adversely large head, and I have always enjoyed the conversation and personalities that work and are waiting there. My only complaint is that I’ve never made a basket for a dollar off in the last four + years, which I chalk up to the rim being to small, rather than my ability to shoot a foam basketball :) Overall, a great place with a friendly and laid back atmosphere.

Gentleman put down your clippers and get out of your bathroom. Time to grow up and stop cutting your own hair. Clean Cut is a great place to go relax, have a good conversation and get clean cut. There’s free popcorn while your waiting, and they wash your hair before every cut. Can’t forget the hot towel on your face during the wash, that is just awesome. And you always get a chance to get a dollar off your cut if you can make a basket on the wall with a tiny foam ball, come to think of it I’ve been going there for over a year and never made it; someday…

I got a haircut today and was not at all impressed. Rachel was the stylist and she did not follow simple instructions to leave the length. Furthermore, she took the clippers to my hair and created a whole new hairline. It looks ridiculous and I am going to have to wear a cap until my natural hairline grows back in a few weeks.

Great haircut and conversation. I have usually had a short wait but plenty there to keep you busy. They don’t rush you in and out and do a great job. I have spent a lot more money at other places for no better cut then you get here.

Best cut in CDA. There might be a wait but it is well worth it. They have a pool table to pass the time and plenty of mags and tv. For $ 16 you get a wash with a hot towel, cut and style. That is a hard value to beat and the cut is great. It is not the kind of place that rushes you in and out. Each cut is about a half and hour and you can tell they take pride in their work. It is locally owned and just moved to a new location on 4th street. So if you really want to kill the time go across the street and have a beer at Capones.

The store advertises NO appointments, waiting list, call-aheads, etc. Just first come, first served. That’s the only downside. Even with an hour wait time, it’s not like you’d be bored. There’s a pool table, arcade game, and HDTVESPN. The walls are adorned with guy memorabilia(sports, Playboy, Dumb & Dumber poster). The staff is pro, friendly, and down-to-earth. I enjoy looking good but always felt bad that I’m picky about a haircut. Some men would never touch a salon with a 40 foot pole — salons are for women, right? Well, kudos to Clean Cut for one of the best cuts I’ve received AND for making me feel manly in the process.
