Can I just say that it is challenging to find someone that is honest, trustworthy, experienced in the service industry? But I have and he is someone that I have hired, consulted with and referred to family and friends. He is not out to sell you something you don’t need when a simple repair will serve you better. Kudos Tom!

Outstanding service! I had my furnace repaired today and have nothing but good things to say: he responded to my call quickly, was on time, professional and friendly, explained all repairs, reasonably priced and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. Really honest, good service.

Tom Morgan is a stand up guy, he’s exactly the kind of guy you want to work with. He’s honest and fair, and goes the extra mile to save you money and keep your system running smoothly. He literally saved us thousands of dollars, and we’ll keep coming back to him for all of our furnace servicing.
We were having our blower looked at by one of the larger companies we found on google, but they kept steering us to replacing the whole furnace, quoting $ 3000.
A friend pointed us to Tom Morgan, who heard 90 seconds of our story, and without prompting, named the company and asked if they quoted us $ 3000 for a new furnace. Tom then looked at our unit and found that most of it was under warranty!
Great service from someone who does his best to save you money.

Prompt service, thorough, and very fair with pricing. Will definitely use him again. I didn’t feel as though he was rushed and he explained everything he was doing in detail. Think he’s a one-​man show, but definitely reliable.

Tom was awesome. Had two Nest Thermostat’s to hook up. Attempted it myself and realized I needed a common wire actives. I knew I was in over my head and didn’t want to fry two good new thermostat’s. Tom hooked them up, taught me about my system and checked the refrigerant levels.

Wow. I read a review about this company. That is what prompted me to call them. Not only was Tom able to come out the same day that I called, but he was even early. He started with the most inexpensive fix for my A/​C unit and went from there. He was informative and I found him to be very honest. He resolved my issue for a reasonable cost, considering all that he had to do. I would not call anyone else. For annual check ups AND issues for my heating and air, this is the only company I would use. HIGHLY reccomend you do the same.
