Zi Spa and Salon

Nikki is the absolute BEST for haircuts and color! I’ll never go to anyone else after finding her. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is so incredibly sweet and personable, you’ll have a hard time NOT giggling the entire time. She truly is a gem.

The receptionists were very friendly and informative when I called to schedule a massage. I scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage with Jody. Jody was an amazing massage therapist and I highly recommend her. She was professional and asked me questions to tailor the massage to fit what I needed. She asked me my occupation to find out if I am on my feet all day or have a desk job that would cause back strain. Jody asked me several times if she was applying too much or too little pressure. I felt comfortable enough to let her know that I prefer more pressure. After the massage I had to wait awhile in the waiting area before driving home because I felt too relaxed that I was worried if I could drive safely. Haha.
The atmosphere at Zi Spa is very relaxing and the waiting room is separate from the receptionist area, which I like. The reason I like that the receptionist area is separate is because I do not hear any conversation. I can just listen to the relaxing music and look out the waiting room. They offer complementary champagne and mimosas.
Zi Spa is slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. A wonderful massage, a relaxing atmosphere, and amazing service.

If you want to go somewhere only to receive disingenuous attitude and pay too much for services in a spa that is completely disorganized, then Zi-​spa is your place. It feels expensive and pretentious, and just not the place where I can relax. I would rather go somewhere I feel they actually care about me rather than care about my wallet alone.

New to town the spa came highly recommended. Was lucky enough to have Courtney do my cut and color what an amazing job she did! The staff was very personable and very friendly. The environment was exceptionally beautiful. Thank you again for making me feel so beautiful!

I’ve lived here in the area for two years and couldn’t find anyone who could cut my difficult hair exactly the way I wanted it. I finally found Kate at Zi Salon! Made my appointment yesterday and she cut my hair so beautifully! I couldn’t be happier, and I will be coming back for every cut! I’m also looking forward to coming in for some spa treatments soon. Love the complimentary mimosa, which was perfect for a hot Saturday afternoon! I’m so pleased with Zi Salon and with Kate’s work!

Martha is AMAZING! I could barely move yesterday, and in one hour she got all my kinks out!!! I will drive out to coeur d’alene from Spokane every other week just to see Martha for a massage from now on!!! Definitely recommend her!

I was visiting family in Coeur D Alene and decided to go try out Zi Spa. Katie was the receptionist that greeted me. She walked me through the lockers asked me right away if I wanted a mimosa. Awesome! I got an amazing facial from Courtney. She gives a great scalp massage and doesn’t yap your ear off so you can really relax. Ill definitely be back on my next trip home.

I’ve enjoyed several great services at Zi Spa, including massage, pedicure, and various waxing sessions (okay, maybe «enjoyed» is not the right word for the waxing!) From the moment I step into the lobby, I can feel myself starting to relax, thanks to the soft zen music playing, the soothing smell of lavender, and the refreshing glass of tea or water I sip while I wait. All of the spa technicians that I’ve come in contact with are professional and skilled, with friendly, welcoming personalities. Unlike some other spas I’ve been to, Zi Spa never gives me a sense of being rushed.
I’ve also given out Zi Spa gift certificates, to the universal satisfaction of those who have received them!
The prices at Zi Spa may be slightly more than at some of the bargain spas in the area, but they are well worth the greater service and truly spa-​like atmosphere!

Such a pleasure to have a pedicure with Kris! I have a standing date with a girlfriend here every 4 or 5 weeks for pedicures and it’s always so enjoyable. Starting with a glass of wine and the special treatment! I suggest asking for Kris or Mary Kay!

While on vacation and driving through Idaho, a deer almost hit our car. When we served to miss it, I hurt my neck and back. Their staff were extremely helpful and they were able to make an appointment for me on short notice. The spa is very, very nice. Kacey gave me a deep tissue massage and provided me with additional instructions afterwards to alleviate the pain. The next day I felt great! The pain was gone and our trip continued as planned. Many, many, many thanks to Kacey and Zi Spa!!!

I’ve been to so many spas over the years and around the country, that I’ve grown to figure out what I like and dislike. I like Zi Spa.
What I like: Its not «fake spa» — (that means it doesn’t make lame attempts to pretend they are a spa) — they actually take meaningful measures to make sure that their clients are relaxed, treated well and have a nice escape — genuinely relaxin afternoon.
I’ve been to Zi spa twice — have enjoyed a swedish massage, and then a deep tissue massage and foot reflexology session — all were great and the associates were experienced and very focused on my comfort.
I also like that I have time in a comfort room before the spa session (I can relax a bit — remember, I’m a high-​speed career-​mom) and I get to relax as long as I want in in the quiet room– enjoying a glass of win, or tea etc. very nice, great view. I’ve been tempted to stay for hours.
The menu of choices is pretty broad — and the prices are very reasonable — I don’t feel like they are over priced compared to other locations in the region. I look forward to trying their hair salon and the relaxing bath treatment they offer — they look great.
Be aware, Zi spa is a great day spa — its not the elite resort spa — which tend to be significantly over priced and the experience not necessarily better. I like the Zi Spa a lot and plan to return monthly for some personal «me time.»

I got a deep tissue massage and facial at Zi Spa. One of the best massages I have ever gotten. Daniel did a great job. The facial was great as we’ll, but if I had to choose one I would go with the massage. Not too expensive either. The spa is very tranquil and has a nice lounge for you to wait in. They serve lunch with some packages and from what I saw other guests eating it looked really yummy. If I lived in the area I would go back. Great customer service as well. I cannot comment on the salon part. The products they have to sale are a little pricey tho. Overall=excellent.

Whenever Im in town I try to get an appointment with Kathy at Zi Spa. I have super long thick hair and no one knows how to cut it and color it except for Kathy. It is way out of my way to get here but totally worth it. Ive had her do my makeup once too and she did an amazing job.
