Cohasset Family Practice

I bring my 4 month old here and it is a wonderful practice. Whenever she needs to be seen they accommodate us in a timely fashion. Dr Golden takes his time and goes over everything with us. As a FTM this is very important! I highly recommend this practice! The NP’s and doctors are all top notch and super friendly!

My prescriptions are always late or sent to the wrong pharmacy. I can never make an appointment within a reasonable window so with dates being so far out I often need to reschedule and they give me a hard time. call to say you’ll be 10 mins late and you can’t see the doctor. I have driven in storms there to be told my doctor didn’t come in and I got no call. My doctor often rushes through appointments as if I’m inconvenient. Not pleasant and do not accommodate to patients needs. I never post on Unilocal but I can see others venting about this place so I can see I’m or alone. My family also has had horrible experiences so I won’t be going back

I have never had to write a Unilocal review before. My family has put up with Cohasset Family Practice for years and felt they were finally improving their service lately. The doctors are fine, when you get to see one. But we have finally reached the last straw. My daughter saw them for back pain and has been going to physical therapy for months. Her pain level reached unbearable and couldn’t see her spine specialist for 10 days. We called CFP for a 10-​day supply of pain meds to give her some relief in the meantime. They told us they «weren’t comfortable prescribing anything.» When pressed, since this is my daughter’s PRIMARY CARE physician, we were told to go to the emergency room! Four hours and $ 150 later, she had her medication. Unbelievable! We don’t need a traffic cop directing us elsewhere all the time.
