Stopped in on my way to work this morning. Workers yelling at each other, was in drive thru line for 20 minutes. Ordered an iced coffee and a bagel, not hard to figure out. Brutal service, not sure I was charged the right amount. Tough day for this place, Marylou’s is ten times better.

Donuts are awful. What a disappointment. Glazed donuts were all sticking together, selection sucked. I don’t know what the big deal is on DD coffee. It’s week, watery, no bite. Last visit to a DD, especially this one.

Hingham, MA
Good location if you want just coffee or donuts, but forget it for other food. There is constant turnover so you always have a case of the blind training the blind during peak busy times. The result is poor service and a long line. I would love to say that it’s just a blip but the turnover and issues seem much higher and consistent than other area Dunkins.
