As part of relocating to this area, I needed to put almost everything I own into storage for a few months. It was important to me that the facility be safe, secure, clean and dry. I was favorably impressed by this facility immediately. Without question, it met all my criteria, and it did so at a very reasonable cost.
The real bonus is the management. I found Andrew Bilach to be friendly, attentive, and seriously involved in delivering the service that I and all my stuff needed for a successful experience. Everything works very nicely at Inside Storage Solutions. If you are looking for storage, this company deserves your most serious consideration.

Andrew Bilach, you are amazing. Seriously. Great, great customer service. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and his patience. He also had a storage unit that was *just* the right size so I didn’t have to pay extra for more space than I needed. And an actually useful, informative website, unlike the rest of the competition where I had to call them and ask about availability and rates.
The space itself is an old factory building, hidden away in Cohoes. It’s clean and sturdy and really convenient for where I live.

Really attentive, responsive, and helpful service by the manager, Andrew — he’ll also work closely with you to find the right storage space for you. Also found me movers to help unload my belongings. ISS definitely made the hassle of moving a little bit easier by being reliable.
