I have been a patient of Dr. Changco’s for 30 years… if he wasn’t the best family doctor I would not still be a patient. Sure, appointment times are rarely met, but how many offices do you go to that are. One of the main reasons is because he is «old school» in terms of patient relations. He will actually LISTEN to what you have to say and not just hear what he wants and cut you off to get to his next patient. I will gladly wait past my appointment time to get the care that I need… and yes, my time is valuable to me. I no longer live in town, but willingly drive to his office to get the care from a doctor that I expect. He is ALWAYS pleasant and interested in your day-​to-​day life. So, if this is the care you want, he is your doctor… if you just want a pill-​pushing in and out kind of doctor he is not for you. I am sure that one day he will retire and I will be quite upset… along with his plethora of other patients. Until then, I will wait all day to see him. Last I heard he is no longer accepting new patients, most likely because he is overwhelmed, but to those who are long standing patient… enjoy this relationship while it lasts!

Our appointment was at 3:45, still here. Waiting, it’s after 5pm. Reception said they dk when ill be seen it. Been here since 3:25 so I even arrived early. Go somewhere else. Medical records on floor, stacks sitting everywhere, mmm pretty sure they are violating HIPPAA regulations and many other privacy laws. Prob should call this in too proper authorities. Beyond ridiculous! The Dr. was nice and pleasant but more of a friend and not a Dr.
