Watch what you sign. If you ask for a 6 month lease you make dam sure it says that on what you are signing. Also anything they agree to get in writing. They are underhanded crooks

Cold Spring, KY
Decent apartments to live in. Everytime that I’ve had an issue it has been addressed or fixed very quickly. Neighbors above me can be loud sometimes but that is apartment life. I wish there was more that one outlet in every bathroom. And it would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room. My rent has stayed the same for the last 2 years. And they are military friendly.
