Excellent selection of supplies (especially for design minded folks), things that you don’t find in your warehouse store. Of course, you pay more than warehouse prices here.
Did I mention design? This store is really well done! Modern, clean, tasteful. The best part of design is the furry window dressing… They foster adoptable cats in the stunning window display area. It’s brilliant… and kind.
Jus a few ways in which this local business could make itself more of a staple for the local community…
1. Open before noon!
2. Offer delivery (even at a cost…)
3. Have special guests, get togethers, become a hub for the local pet community, organize dog events etc… And advertise these!
4. Be consistently warm and friendly to all of your customers, all the time, no matter what.
I truly hope that the owners will take these and further steps to integrate into our community and not just be another Main Street business that exists solely for tourists.

This is one of the nicest looking pet shops I’ve been in. Nice selection of upscale food and treats and cool accessories. Definitely worth checking out!
