I’ve used this shop several times for vacuum and carpet cleaner repair as well as to pick up replacement parts (e.g. vacuum belts) and they have a very extensive selection and great service.
They will give you a quote up front for labor on a repair and then if a part is needed in addition, will call with an exact amount before proceeding so you always know how much it will be in the end.
The guys at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. On my last trip in to pick up a carpet cleaner that had been repaired, I had to take a work phone call in the middle of the transaction and as I only had one hand free, the guy insisted on carrying the carpet cleaner out to my car, put it in the trunk, and even opened my car door for me! It’s the little things.
