I went in to ask about pricing, and there was a worker who was so rude I turned around and walked out. NEVER go there if you’re looking for good customer service.

I Went to LA Nails 3 weeks ago for a full set and the end result was uneven, too short nails. I went back and had them fixed by someone else but they weren’t much better. I was given a free service for a full set or fill, for my bday visit, and I used it today. The acrylic was too thin and it’s completely chipped off my thumb and the nails aren’t even the same length on each hand… AGAIN!!! I will NOT be going back. This place is not good at all. The staff is nice but I need quality service.

The couple who was working at the time were so pleasant and sweet and kind. I had a horrible experience at another salon so I came here for a full set and they were great. They listened to me, they treated my nails nicely and they paid great attention to detail. I had to wait a little while because I was a walk in and the 3rd worker who is usually there was on vacation that week, so normally it would be faster. But I didn’t mind. They did a great job and were very kind, and their prices were very reasonable. I could tell they really cared about their work. I will definitely be going here again in the future!

I have had nothing but great experiences here! The nail techs are very friendly. The nail color selection for regular polishes is small, but their shellac selection is much larger. That being said, I’ve never had a problem finding a color I like! They have a great selection of trendy colors. Their pedicure chairs are extremely comfy and the salon is very clean!
