I switched from Synergy. I also ran out of gas under normal usage in the middle of summer and was told it would be days before I got gas! Are you kidding me? If I’m on automatic delivery, you would’ve realized I needed gas sooner. Also, as a customer I should have priority over someone who is not. Plus they charged me all these extra fees and their propane gas prices are absurd.

Terrible. Donna with Synergy told me we would have a propane delivery to our Cold Spring house *yesterday.* She asked if we were out of propane; I said yes. She said, «I can’t promise you’ll get a delivery this morning, but you will get it today.»(We use propane to fuel our stove and oven, so to cook.) ~ I am traveling currently and not at the Cold Spring house, but my adult nephew is there. He called me this morning to say, «No propane delivery yesterday.» I called Synergy back today(a day after propane was promised), got Donna who now says, «It may take up to a week to get a propane delivery.» Of course, I was beyond annoyed. Reminded her that she promised delivery yesterday. Now she says, «I never said that. I said that I would try.» I told her that I confirmed with her twice yesterday, on the phone, myself, that we would receive a delivery. I also asked her why she didn’t bother to call me once it was determined that no delivery would occur. She said, «I was busy with other things.» I now have a call in to the manager, Ed Frisbee. ~ Why don’t I simply purchase propane from another company? That would require the new company installing their own propane tank and likely a week’s wait. I did try calling another company; they were very nice and in disbelief re: «They’re telling you A WEEK just to deliver propane? Their company is right there. What’s the problem?» ~ Oh, Donna told me that Synergy was just bought out two months ago. Is that the problem? In any case, unacceptable customer service, or, rather, lack of customer service and lack of regard for paying customers.
