I ordered some samples and did not receive the ones I wanted. Not only was the website very confusing about how to order the samples, they also have very poor customer service. When I called to find out what had happened, Haleigh was quick to point out that it was all my all fault and that she sent me an email (which I had never received) and because i didn’t answer back, she sent the wrong samples-​tough. Her tone was so reproachful it completely caught me off guard. Do yourself a favor and order tiles from
instead– they’re so much nicer and have better prices and selections.
