Bills Grill at the Coldwater Country Club. Ordered «Thick Cut» Tenderloin Fillet Med Well $ 18.99, was told it was about an inch and a half thick. It was served butterflied at about a half to three-​quarters of an inch thick. The Steak outside char was extreme as if it was over cooked, and tasted burnt, yet the fillet was still somewhat tender. When I asked, they said «that’s how its done at all steakhouses??? Coleslaw was littered with a TON of celery seed and was not edible. Jumbo shrimp were food service grade frozen not fresh or wild. Service was good. Food was out in 35 – 40 minutes. Restaurant was almost half full. Crab stuffed mushroom caps seemed absent of any crab, bland and very cheesy. Atmosphere was pleasant and the view of the lake was excellent. Craft Beer and wine choice was nice. I am bummed to receive such a poor meal with such an awesome location. Stick to the sandwich menu.
